Liability for Unauthorized Access. You are responsible for all transfers and bill payments you authorize under this Agreement. If you permit other persons to use the Online Money Manager Service or your Username and Password, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. However, tell us AT ONCE if you believe anyone has used your Username or Password or accessed your accounts through Online Money Manager without your authorization. This also applies if you believe your Password has been lost or stolen. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). If you tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you can lose no more than the lesser of $50 or the amount of unauthorized EFTs that occur if someone used your Password without your permission. Also, if you do NOT tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Password, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your Password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time period. If you believe that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, call us at (000) 000-0000 or write us at United Community Bank, P.O. Box 167, Milford, IA 51351-0167. In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers, call or write us at the telephone number or address listed above in this disclosure, as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.

Liability for Unauthorized Access. You are responsible for all transactions (including remote deposits) you authorize under this Agreement. Your username and password should be kept confidential. If you permit others to use Online Banking/Mobile App or your password, you are solely responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. If you authorize additional users for your Online Banking/Mobile App via the Credit Union’s website or mobile app, you are responsible for the maintenance and or revocation of such authority. Inform the Credit Union at once if you believe anyone has used your password or accessed your account through Online Banking/Mobile App without your authorization. If your statement shows transactions you did not make, including those made by card, Online Banking/Mobile App, or other means, tell us at once. You must inform the Credit Union of unauthorized transactions within 60 days after the statement date. Failure to do so may affect any dispute rights. If you believe that someone has used your password or has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, contact the Credit Union immediately.

WE HAVE THIS INFORMATION. IF YOU RECEIVE A PHONE CALL, EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGE, OR OTHER DIRECT COMMUNICATION APPEARING TO BE FROM EMPOWER AND REQUESTING YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION, IT MAY BE FRAUD. YOU MAY BE LIABLE IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO INITIATE OR AUTHORIZE A PAYMENT IN THESE SITUATIONS, EVEN IF THE REQUEST IS FRAUDULENT OR IF YOU ARE THE VICTIM OF FRAUD. IF YOU THINK YOU MAY BE THE VICTIM OF FRAUD YOU SHOULD CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. FEES AND CHARGES. There are no charges for using Empower Online Banking and Bill Payment Services, however any fees applicable to your accounts with Empower as set forth on Empower's Fee Schedule will apply. From time to time, the charges may be changed. We will notify you of any changes as required by law. If you request a transfer from your line of credit account, such transactions may be subject to charges under the terms and conditions of your loan agreement.

You agree not to use Online Banking or the content or information delivered through Online Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Online Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing Internet gambling, export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability and/or potential liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (f) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (g) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable; (h) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to Online Banking; (i) interfere with or disrupt the use of Online Banking by any other user;or (j) permit unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.
