LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 11.1 During the term of this Agreement the Parties shall liaise so as to assure the Specifications of the Wafers and any related technical characteristics. In light thereof the Parties shall convene on a regular basis upon first request of a Party, in a place that is mutual agreed by Parties. The Parties shall specifically address problems of technical nature, including electrical and mechanical properties as well as mutual activities to improve wafer and cell performance. 11.2 All notices or other communications to be sent by either Party to the other Party under this Agreement shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given if in writing and delivered by hand or sent by ordinary mail, e-mail, or telefax, however e-mail and telefax to be confirmed by ordinary mail, to the addresses given in Appendix E, provided that either Party may at any time designate different or further addresses and contact-persons to which communications are thenceforth to be sent.
LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 9.1 CAF and FBC will appoint a liaison officer (or officers) who will be the key point of contact in each organisation with authority to speak on behalf of their agency. 9.2 FBC may also appoint up to two councillors to the Trustee Board. In this position, the nominated councillor(s) will act on behalf of CAF and will be separate from the nominated liaison officer(s) for FBC. 9.3 The FBC liaison officer(s) will not be part of CAF Trustee Board, although they can be requested to support or offer guidance to the Trustee Board or relevant officers, as and when required. 9.4 The role of the FBC liaison officer(s) will be as follows: a. To be the initial and primary point of contact within the Council for CAF. b. To be consulted directly by CAF on issues, defined in paragraph 9.6, that require prior consultation with FBC as the funding partner. c. To attend quarterly liaison meetings with representatives of CAF. d. To provide advice, support and information to CAF as appropriate on a range of issues. e. CAF will comply with all charity commission and national Citizen Advice requirements and may be required to provide evidence to this effect on request by the FBC liaison officer. f. To provide information and advice within FBC on all matters relating to CAF. 9.5 The operation of the Service Level Agreement will be reviewed annually through the liaison meetings. Consideration will be given at these reviews to proposals from any interested party for developments and other changes in the services provided by CAF. 9.6 The liaison officer(s) of FBC will be consulted on any action taken by CAF in the following circumstances: a. Recruitment and selection of senior paid staff. b. Receipt of funding from sources outside this agreement. c. Any decision by CAF that would increase the expenditure on the services provided within this agreement. d. Any decision by CAF that would lead to a direct or indirect reduction in service provided. e. Changes to CAF constitution.

The Parties shall specifically address problems of a technical nature, including electrical and mechanical properties as well as mutual activities to improve wafer and cell performance. 11.2 All notices or other communications to be sent by either Party to the other Party under this Agreement shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given if in writing and delivered by hand or sent by internationally recognized express courier, e-mail, or telefax, however e-mail and telefax to be confirmed by internationally recognized express courier, to the addresses given in Appendix E, provided that either Party may at any time designate different or further addresses and contact-persons to which communications are thenceforth to be sent. The date of receipt of a notice or communication hereunder shall be deemed to be five (5) days after such notice or communication is given to the express courier or one (1) day after sending in the case of a facsimile transmission or email, provided it is evidenced by a confirmation receipt and the confirmation letter is sent.
LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 2.1 Develops and maintains effective, customer focussed communications with all STS users. 2.2 Liaises with all STS staff in a troubleshooting and support role. 2.3 Provides timely status updates to Service Desk enquiries. 2.4 Participates in STS meetings and others as requested.

LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 2.1 Initiates and facilitates forums and discussions groups to discuss and resolve issues relating to the implementation of strategic and operational plans and reform and development initiatives. 2.2 Maintains good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate successful outcomes.
LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 7.1 The parties agree to meet at least twice each calendar year to review the effectiveness of this MoU and identify any issues that require to be addressed. Strategic, policy or operational meetings will be arranged as required and as agreed between the relevant liaison persons. 7.2 In order to ensure that matters are handled at the appropriate level, contact between the parties will be established between designated liaison persons (as set out in Annex 1). 7.3 The designated liaison persons may delegate ongoing liaison to other members of staff but should ensure that such members of staff have the appropriate authority to agree principles, policy and processes or should be able to secure that agreement within a reasonable time. 7.4 The parties undertake to communicate as appropriate on all matters of mutual concern. Communication will be both formally through scheduled meetings and informally on an ad hoc basis. 7.5 The parties agree to consult each other where practical, in relation to any significant new strategic or policy proposals likely to affect the other party and to provide such relevant information or advice as is necessary. 7.6 Where possible, each party will, before publishing any materials, statements, reports or press releases on a matter relevant to the other party and its statutory remit, notify the other party in advance of publication and provide sufficient detail to enable the other party to understand the subject matter of the proposed publication.

Relate Solent and FBC will appoint a liaison officer (or officers) who will be the key point of contact in each organisation with authority to speak on behalf of their agency. 7.2. The role of the liaison officer(s) will be as follows :-  To be the initial and primary point of contact within FBC for Relate Solent.  To provide advice, support and information to Relate Solent as appropriate on a range of issues.  To be afforded reasonable access to records of Relate Solent (except confidential case records containing information about individual clients and personnel records) and access to all financial records of Relate Solent.  To provide information and advice within FBC on all matters relating to Relate Solent.
