LICENSES, PERMITS AND FEES. Event Organizer shall adhere to all local and state requirements regarding business licenses, taxes, vending, and special event permits and policies.

The Awarded Bidder shall hold all licenses and/or certifications, obtain and pay for all permits and/or inspections, and comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations and building code requirements applicable to the Work required herein.
