LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE (XXXX). Where the Company requires an Employee to work at a distant work site, the Company may elect to pay or provide for all living away from home expenses, including accommodation and meals. In the event where no meals are provided an Employee will receive a daily XXXX allowance of $50.00 per day. This allowance of $50.00 will include any overtime meal allowances and shall be paid as outlined in Appendix B of this agreement. However if an Employee is not receiving a XXXX he/she will receive an overtime meal allowance of $12.00 if required to work one and a half (1.5) hours overtime or more on any shift. Where the Company elects not to provide or pay for accommodation and meals the Company will pay a XXXX of $ 504.00 per a seven (7) day week or pay a pro rata amount of seventy two dollars ($72.00) per day.

This allowance of $50.00 will also include any overtime meal allowance entitlements and shall be paid as outlined in Appendix B of this agreement. However where an Employee is not receiving a XXXX he/she will receive an overtime meal allowance of $13.00 if required to work one and a half (1.5) hours overtime or more on any shift. In the case where no meals whatsoever are provided, an employee will receive a daily XXXX Meal Allowance of $47.25. This Meal Allowance of $47.25 will include overtime meal allowance. However, if an employee is not receiving a XXXX, he/she will be eligible to receive an overtime meal allowance of $10.5 0 if required to work more than 1.5 hours overtime on any shift. Where the Company elects not to provide or pay for accommodation and meals, the Company will pay a XXXX of $553.00 per week of 7 days, or for periods of less than a week pro rata at $79.00 per day.
LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE (XXXX). (1) Full Time Employees classified as Distant Workers may receive free full board and lodging. Where Decmil elects not to provide board and lodging then the Distant Worker will receive accommodation and XXXX of not less than $185.00 (net) per week.
LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE (XXXX). If approved by CBI, a non local employee who moves from their usual place of residence to reside in Gladstone in order to perform work on the project described herein shall be paid $385.00 per calendar week for food and accommodation allowances. The employee will provide to CBI such evidence of usual place of residence.

  • LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.
