Longevity Vacation Allowance. All regular classified employees shall be granted days of earned longevity vacation as of their hire date in accordance with the following schedule: 5) Days of earned basic and longevity vacation shall be credited to all regular part-time employees so that paid vacation time shall be prorated in the same ratio as the hours worked to the established working hours for that classification.
Longevity Vacation Allowance. A full-time employee covered by this Agreement shall be credited with one day of vacation per calendar month of service, or major portion thereof, plus one (l) day per year for each year following six (6) years of service, through the fourteenth (14) year of service.
