LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY. Landlord shall not be responsible for any of the Tenant’s property lost or stolen either from Tenant’s rented Premises or from any parking, storage, or common area in or about the Premises, and Tenant assumes all responsibility for the security and safekeeping any such property. Renter’s Insurance is strongly recommended.

LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY. All tenants shall take their own adequate precautions against loss or theft of personal property belonging to them and their agents, employees and invitees, as well as any other appropriate security precautions. Although Landlord shall not be responsible for any such precautions, the Landlord may from time to time adopt appropriate systems and procedures for the security or safety of the Building, any persons occupying, using or entering the same, or any equipment, furnishings or contents thereof, and the Tenant shall comply with the Landlord's reasonable requirements relative thereto.

NIGHT SKY FESTIVAL reserves the right to terminate Your access to the Venue at any time if You engage in any prohibited activities.
