Maintenance and Other Services a. During the Maintenance Term, Licensor will provide Customer with Maintenance Services for the Software. If Customer licenses additional software products during the Term, the Customer hereby agrees to renew the Term for any such additional software products. After the Maintenance Term, Maintenance Services the Term shall automatically renew for successive one-year annual periods, unless either Party provides the other Party with at least sixty (60) days advance written notice (on headed company paper and signed) prior to the expiration of the then current annual period that such party desires not to renew. Licensor shall invoice Customer on an annual basis in advance for each annual renewal period. Fees for all annual renewal periods will be due within thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the new annual period and all such payments are non-refundable. Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in the Agreement, Licensor reserves the right to increase the annual fees upon at least ninety (90) days advance written notice of such increase to Customer. Customer may not reduce the number of licenses covered by Maintenance Services. In exceptional cases, Aptean may agree to decommission licenses subject to Customer paying a reduction fee.
Maintenance and Other Services. 4.1 The minimum period for the provision of support and maintenance services under this Agreement is one year. Unless this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Clause 8 of the Framework Agreement, support and maintenance services shall continue to be provided under this agreement for successive one year periods.

This agreement includes minor webpage maintenance to regular webpages over a six-month period, including updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not include removing nearly all of the text from a page and replacing it with new text. If client attempts updating webpages, time to repair said webpages will be billed at the hourly rate listed below and is not covered under the “Standard Website Elements” clause stated above. Said repair is not included in the contract price listed below. Changes requested by client beyond the scope of “Standard Website Elements” will be billed at the hourly rate listed below. This rate shall also govern additional work authorized beyond that specified above for such services as general internet orientation, education, copy writing, webpage design, editing, art, photo, graphics services and helping clients learn how to use their own webpage editor. All requested changes and additional work must be authorized in writing by the client.

Maintenance and Other Services. During any Maintenance Period and for the applicable fees, STEALTHbits shall provide the Maintenance Services as listed in this Section 10. The "Maintenance Period" is a twelve (12) month period. The first Maintenance Period begins on the date of the first invoice for the Software and ends twelve (12) months thereafter. Software failure support will not be provided for: Defects or errors resulting from any modifications to Software which have not been approved by STEALTHbits. Any version of the Software other than the current release and two preceding minor releases or Updates issued. Errors caused by the use of the Software on, or with equipment or programs not approved by STEALTHbits through either Minimum Requirements or Architecture documentation which shall be provided.
