Medical/Dental Allowance. The employer shall provide a medical/dental allowance of $15,250.00 per Administrator for 2019-2020 and $16,000.00 for 2020-2021. The unused portion of the medical/dental allowance, up to a maximum of $3,500, shall be deposited into a VEBA account established by the School District. The employer will also sponsor a Flexible Spending Plan, pursuant to the provisions of Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, which will provide for the payment of hospital/medical or dental insurance premiums as defined in Article 8.011 and reimbursement of eligible health care expenses as defined in Article 8.012. Reimbursements for all such employee expenses shall be administered through the Flexible Spending Plan.

One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Extended Parental Allowance l. Parental Allowance payments made in accordance with the SUB Plan will consist of the following:
