MEETINGS AND COMMITTEES. 5.40.5.1 For the DCFS Youth Managed Care Specialty Plan, Contractor shall have a DCFS Youth Enrollee advisory and stakeholder subcommittee that meets, at minimum, on a quarterly basis. Members of the committee will be geographically, culturally, and racially diverse to best reflect the profile of DCFS Youth Enrollees and must include a reasonably representative group of DCFS Youth Enrollees and stakeholders. The committee shall establish an ongoing mechanism for the community to provide Contractor with direct feedback on Contractor’s implementation and operations of the DCFS Youth Managed Care Specialty Plan. Contractor shall keep minutes for all meetings.

(a) During working hours, a full-time or regular part-time Librarian may attend a professional meeting or participate on a committee when that individual's representation has been requested by the Central Library; and
(b) During working hours, a full-time or regular part-time Librarian may examine resources at the Central Library for material selection or service development purposes.
(c) The decision as to whether such absence would unreasonably interfere with operations and, if not, which full-time or regular part-time Librarian(s) may attend and when they may do so will be made by the Contract Library Director or the appropriate administrator.

5.40.1 Leadership meetings and committee structure. Contractor must have in place a schedule of leadership meetings and committee structure to provide appropriate oversight to the program as required by this Contract. At minimum, this will include a quarterly quality and performance meeting with the Department.
5.40.2 Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) committee. Contractor shall have a QA plan committee that meets quarterly. Duties of the QAP committee are outlined in Attachment XI.

LSU shall, consistent with the requirements of the Bylaws of the Medical Staff of OLOL, cause the LSU Personnel to (i) attend meetings and conferences of the Medical Staff, or departments thereof, to the extent applicable to such Person’s medical practice and services rendered at OLOL, (ii) accept Medical Staff committee appointments, and (iii) cooperate actively with OLOL in promoting improved standards of patient care. LSU shall use its best efforts to assist OLOL in promoting improved standards of patient care.
