Militarv Leave. A full-time employee who enters the military service by draft or enlistment shall be granted a leave of absence, without pay, for that purpose and at the conclusion of such leave of absence shall be reinstated in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Selective Service Training Act and any other applicable laws then effective.

Militarv Leave. A military leave of absence shall be granted to any teacher who shall be inducted or shall enlist during time of national emergency for military duty in any branch of the armed forces of the United States.
Militarv Leave. Any employee who enters active military service of the Armed Forces of the United States, National Guard, or Reserve shall receive a leave of absence without pay for the period of such duty. An employee returning from military service shall be reemployed in accordance with the applicable Federal and State statutes regarding reemployment upon termination of military service and shall be entitled to any other benefits set forth in this Agreement, provided the employee satisfies the eligibility requirements established under this Agreement.
