Mobile Network. (i) If an Application requires or will have access to the mobile network, then additionally such Application: - Must comply with Apple’s best practices and other guidelines on how Applications should access and use the mobile network; and - Must not in Apple’s reasonable judgement excessively use or unduly burden network capacity or bandwidth. (ii) Because some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionality over their network, such as the use of VoIP telephony over a mobile network, and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP. You agree to inform end users, prior to purchase, to check the terms of agreement with their operator, for example, by providing such notice in the marketing text that You provide accompanying Your Application on the App Store. In addition, if Your Application allows end users to send SMS messages or make mobile voice calls, then You must inform the end user, prior to use of such functionality, that standard text messaging rates or other network provider charges may apply to such use.
Mobile Network i. Apparatus Modem Data PlanSan Diego will order and issue SIM cards and bill agency for costs. Agencies will be required to be on San Diego’s cellular provider private APN and Data Plan. Network equipment (modems, antennas, etc.) will be procured and supported by San Diego. Equipment can only be supported if it is procured by San Diego off the approved devices list and managed in San Diego’s Mobile Device Management system for firmware updates and modem management. Equipment and support costs will be billed to agency. Agency will be responsible for installation of network equipment. ii. Mobile Phones & Tablets Agency can opt to procure smartphones and tablets via San Diego’s procurement system. In this case, Agency will be billed for actual costs of: device purchase (one-time), mobile device management (on-going, based on license fee from provider), and data usage (on-going, based on carrier charges). When possible, agency will be set up with a sub account on San Diego’s data plan and may be billed directly by mobile carrier for data usage. San Diego Fire IT will support devices procured via our system (e.g., manage applications via the device management system). Or, Agency can opt to procure their own devices. In this case, San Diego will not support the device or be able to manage applications unless agency coordinates with SD Fire IT to enroll devices into San Diego’s mobile device management system.
Mobile Network. Network composed of the Mobile Network, the EPC, the Backhaul and platforms/systems required to provide mobile internet access and Mobile Telephone Service services.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by PNG under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by PNG as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by PNG for other purposes (including, but not limited to, PNG’s own use) must be purchased by PNG pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 PNG shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by PNG to comply with this Section 2.2, PNG shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of PNG Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. PNG shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from PNG’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm PNG’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 PNG shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 PNG shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to PNG Customers.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
