Monthly Preventive Maintenance Services. 1. (centralised system) – Admin, VC building and underground Control room aircon system  Inspect air intake filters for dirt, blocked and clean or replace if necessary.  Inspect indoor filter conditions (evaporating and condenser section); if necessary clean/wash or replace them. Clean condenser filter on the outside by using compressed air and if there is heavy staining, use a moderate anti-corrosive water-jet.  Check for cracks between filter frames or between the bank of frames and the duct walls to prevent leaking of unfiltered air.  Check the condition of the filter frames and repair/replace if necessarily Condensation water drain  Inspect for any dirt or solids clogging and test it for flow through and clean where necessary.
Monthly Preventive Maintenance Services. The Vendor shall conduct a total of eleven (11) monthly preventive maintenance services on all units and systems covered under this Contract. The services shall include, at minimum, the following activities: 1. Check for condensate leaks and inspect condition of blower drive belt of the air- handling unit. Check and adjust tension and replace belt if worn. 2. Clean air filters, including return air grills, and replace all disposable air filters and supply grills. 3. Inspect, clean, and lubricate as per Operations & Maintenance (O&M) specifications, (VAV dampers require a special lubricant), tighten all electrical contacts, secure any related duct work to the VAV Dampers control devices, including but not limited to, gauges, variable air volume/dampers, sensors, metering devices, thermostats, temperature and safety controls, and place in normal operating mode. Inspect and change the batteries to all thermostat (remote or wall mount devices) if necessary. 4. Maintain the area around all units free of vegetation, debris and safety hazards (minimum 36 inches 180 degrees). 5. Clean condensate/drain pans, lines and add algicide. 6. Check motors for vibration, noise, and general condition. Note any potential problems. Check and note motor amperage, voltage, power (HP) and speed against manufacturer specifications. 7. Check and note condition of all pumps including condition of the seal, make of seal packing, capacity (GPM), head (feet) and pressure in/out. 8. Inspect and/or replace all rotating equipment including associated components, such as couplings, drives, belts and hold-down bolts, as needed. 9. Lubricate motors. Check motor electrical insulation and wiring insulation between motor and starter on all hermetic compressors (except fractional horsepower motors), primary pumps, and all other large motors included in the equipment, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Inspect electrical connections, switches, relays, and conductors for tightness, cleanliness, alignment, condition and proper operation. Apply contact cleaner.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).   • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Preventative Maintenance Standards of applicable Professional Governing Body. Anesthesia and surgical equipment maintenance standards as per manufacturer specifications and guidelines, subject to review and acceptance by AHS.

  • Maintenance and Support Services If this Agreement is for IT goods or services, this section applies: Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement: The Contractor shall promptly provide the Court with all Upgrades, including without limitation: (i) all Upgrades generally made available by Contractor to its other customers; (ii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work complies with the Specifications and Applicable Law (including changes in Applicable Law); (iii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work operates under new versions or releases of the Court’s operating system or database platform; and (iv) all on-site services necessary for installation of Upgrades. Without limiting any other obligation of Contractor under this Agreement, Contractor represents and warrants that it will maintain services, equipment, software or any other part of the Work so that they operate in accordance with their Specifications and Documentation; and The Contractor shall respond to the Court within four (4) hours after the Court reports a Technical Support Incident (such hours all occurring during Standard M&S Hours) to Contractor. DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, AND PAYMENT Delivery. Contractor shall deliver to the Court the Deliverables in accordance with this Agreement, including the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified by this Agreement, Contractor will deliver all goods purchased by the Court “Free on Board Destination Freight Prepaid” to the Court at the address and location specified by the Court. Title to all goods purchased by the Court vests in the Court upon payment of the applicable purchase price. Contractor will bear the risk of loss for any Work being delivered until received by the Court at the proper location. All shipments by Contractor or its Subcontractors must include packing sheets identifying: this Agreement number, the Court’s purchase order number, item number, quantity and unit of measure, part number and description of the goods shipped, and appropriate evidence of inspection, if required. Goods for different Agreements shall be listed on separate packing sheets.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Vehicle Maintenance 16.1 You must report to thl as soon as possible, where the oil is above or below the recommended level or the warning indication light is illuminated. 16.2 You must add water/coolant to the cooling system and an appropriate Australian Society of Automotive Engineers rated oil for petrol or diesel powered vehicles (as applicable) to the engine if the indicator level is below minimum. 16.3 You agree to maintain the Vehicle in these conditions and acknowledge that any mechanical damage occasioned as a result of Your failure to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with this clause must be paid by You.
