Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. 5.4.1 Where a teacher is authorised to use his/her own vehicle on school business, he/she will be reimbursed at the appropriate Inland Revenue mileage rate.
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. Any police officer using his own motor vehicle on official police business with the approval of the Chief of Police will be compensated at the current rate allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. The police officer shall be reimbursed for parking fees and tolls upon presentation of receipt. Any police officer who is required to work overtime on police-related business shall be provided twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50) per meal as allowance upon presentation of a receipt. Any police officer who is required to attend an out of county school shall be allowed compensation time based on the actual travel time, each way, starting at Xxxxxxx Borough Police Headquarters.
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. 15.8.1 When an Employee is required by the employer to use his/her own motor vehicle for work purposes he/she shall be paid at the current “Motor vehicles flat rate” published by the Inland Revenue Department.
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. Any police officer using his own motor vehicle for official police business, with the approval of the Chief of Police or his designee, will be compensated at the rate of mileage reimbursement set annually by the IRS.
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. 16.1.1 Where an Employee uses his or her own private motor vehicle with the approval of the Employer for work-related travel, the Employee will be entitled to be paid an allowance per kilometre based on the applicable ATO rates for each kilometre travelled.
16.1.2 When the Employee incurs the approved work-related travel instead of travel to and/or from work, the employee is entitled to claim for the travel incurred in excess of the travel normally incurred in travelling to and from work.
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. (a) An employee who, by prior agreement with the Employer, uses a private motor vehicle (other than a motorcycle) on the Employers business shall be reimbursed as per the ATO prescribed rates for the applicable motor vehicle engine capacity.
(b) An employee who, by prior agreement with the Employer, uses a private motorcycle on the Employers business shall be reimbursed as per the ATO prescribed rates for the applicable motorcycle engine capacity.
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. 15.7.1 When an Employee is required by the employer to use his/her own motor vehicle
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. 49.1 If an Employee is required by the Employer to use their own vehicle for work, they are entitled to be paid a vehicle allowance (upon completion of the relevant documentation) in accordance with the prescribed rates per kilometre under the Award.
49.2 To qualify for such reimbursement, travel must be in accordance with the Employee's role as listed in the position description.
49.3 The calculation of kilometres eligible for reimbursement will be from the Employee's nominated base office on the day of travel. If the Employee is working from home, the kilometres travelled will exclude normal commuting distance to the nominated base office.
49.4 Private vehicles must carry Third Party Property Insurance and the driver must be appropriately licensed.
49.5 If an Employee is required by the Employer to use their own vehicle for work and during that time has an accident, the Employer will cover the cost of any insurance excess or, where an Employee’s own vehicle or a third party’s vehicle is damaged in the accident and they do not have the relevant insurance coverage, the Employer will meet the total cost of repairs up to $2,000.
49.6 Employees are responsible for payment of any fines for speeding, parking or other traffic offences incurred in the course of work-related travel in private vehicles.
49.7 If an Employee is required by the Employer to travel during work hours and for work related purposes and they do not have a vehicle and/or the use of public transport is not practical or suitable ECLC will offer to provide a work vehicle, taxi or hired vehicle.
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement. Any policemen using a private motor vehicle on official police business or college attendance under educational benefit, with the approval of the Chief of Police, will be compensated at the rate of twenty cents ($0.20) per mile.
Motor Vehicle Reimbursement.
32.1 An Employee who is required to use their own vehicle for authorised work purposes will be paid a motor vehicle reimbursement at the rate defined by the Australian Taxation Office.
32.2 Employees who are directed by the Employer to temporary change location of work, may apply to get their milage reimbursed as per this clause. This only applies to the additional milage required to be driven compared to what the employee would normally undertake. This does not apply to permanent transfers.
