Network Service Protection Requirements. Other than Pictures delivered to, and stored by STE in facilities under its control (all of which are delivered by Licensor in an unencrypted format, and securely stored in STE’s facilities in an unencrypted format), all Pictures must be received and stored at content processing and storage facilities of a distributor in a encrypted or otherwise protected format using an approved protection system, it being understood that such distributor is permitted to decrypt the Pictures, where applicable, in order to transcode or otherwise process the Pictures within the distributor’s facilities. For the avoidance of doubt, Pictures distributed to subscribers must be encrypted in accordance with Section 3.1 of this Schedule C. Documented security policies and procedures shall be in place. Documentation of policy enforcement and compliance shall be continuously maintained. Access to content in unprotected format must be limited to authorized personnel and auditable records of actual access shall be maintained. Physical access to servers must be limited and controlled and must be monitored by a logging system. Auditable records of access, copying, movement, transmission, backups, or modification of content must be securely stored for a period of at least one year. Content servers must be protected from general Internet traffic by “state of the art” protection systems including, without limitation, firewalls, virtual private networks, and intrusion detection systems. All systems must be updated to incorporate the latest security patches and upgrades. All facilities within STE’s control which process and store content must be available for Motion Picture Association of America and Licensor audits upon the request of Licensor. STE shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the facilities of its licensees distributing the STE Services available for similar audits. Security details of the network services, servers, policies, and facilities shall be provided to and must be explicitly approved in writing by Licensor. Any changes to the security policies, procedures, or infrastructure must be submitted to Licensor for approval. Content must be returned to Licensor or securely destroyed pursuant to the Amended & Restated Amendment at the end of such content’s license period including, without limitation, all electronic and physical copies thereof. Network Service Protection Requirements. For all of the Licensee’s operations sites and facilities transmitting or distributing the licensed content, Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to: (a) Utilize processes and procedures to ensure that the licensed content is received, accessed, processed, distributed, stored, and returned or destroyed only in a secure, authorized manner by authorized personnel; (b) Utilize tape/content library management controls; (c) Utilize visitor access controls for facilities used by Licensee to receive, prepare, store, and deliver licensed content; (d) Utilize restricted area access, physical, and electronic security controls for facilities used by Licensee to receive, prepare, store, and deliver licensed content; (e) Utilize piracy monitoring, detection, and reporting processes and controls

All files containing Included Programs received by Licensee will be stored by Licensee on password-protected, closed-network servers in locked facilities. 2. Physical access to any Licensee facility receiving and processing Included Program files in unprotected format will be controlled by electronic badge access and limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate business purpose for access. 3. Physical access to Licensee servers that store Included Program files will be limited and controlled by a badging system, in which only authorized personnel with a legitimate business purpose are granted access to locked areas containing servers that store Included Program files. 4. Licensee servers that store Included Program files will be protected from unauthorized internet access by industry standard protection systems. All systems will be updated as needed to maintain a high level of protection. 5. Licensee will maintain a world class vulnerability management team that conducts risk assessments and reviews applicable security patches and upgrades. 6. All Licensee facilities that process and store Included Program files will be regularly reviewed by internal teams for compliance with the Licensee Security System guidelines. 7. The security policies and procedures in place for the storage and security of Included Program files will be continuously enforced and maintained. 8. Licensee will notify Licensor of material changes to any Licensee Security System policies and procedures that would substantially diminish the overall security of the Included Program files. 9. The Included Program files will be returned to Licensor or securely destroyed pursuant to requirements of the Agreement after the end of the Term, including, without limitation, all electronic and physical copies thereof.

If approved by CDD, the additional requirements for HD playback on General Purpose Computer Platforms will be: Allowed Platforms. HD content for General Purpose Computer Platforms is only allowed on the device platforms (operating system, Content Protection System, and device hardware, where appropriate) specified below: Android. HD content is only allowed on the Android operating systems as follows: Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) or later versions: when protected using the implementation of Widevine built into Android, or all versions of Android: when protected using an Ultraviolet approved DRM or Ultraviolet Approved Streaming Method (as listed in section 2 of this Schedule) either: implemented using hardware-enforced security mechanisms (e.g. ARM Trustzone) or implemented by a CDD-approved implementer, or all versions of Android: when protected by a CDD-approved content protection system implemented by a CDD-approved implementer iOS.
