Examples of these types of outages include: o Corruption in Internet route information within a Tier 1 Internet route server environment; o Major connectivity failures within or between Tier 1 Internet service providers; o Corruption in Internet route information at any public or private exchange point; o Corruption of root level DNS services; o Intel is- required to maintain multiple (more than one) network service provider connections and reroute internet connectivity to an available, functioning connection.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT, CUSTOMER-INITIATED OUTAGES & CUSTOMER CODE. Credit will not be given for events resulting from conduct of Customer, including (i) negligence of Customer, (ii) a failure or malfunction resulting from scripts, applications, equipment, or services provided by Customer, (iii) outages initiated by Intel -at the request or direction of Customer for maintenance, back up, or other purposes, (iv) outages occurring as a result of any actions taken by Intel at the request or direction of Customer, e.g., arising from a request for Remote Assistance Services. For purposes of clarification, Customer will be solely responsible for any incident or service failure, and any negative impact on server availability or performance, due to errant or incorrectly designed or written application or scripted code provided by the Customer, including but not limited to any such application or code downloaded, locally loaded, or introduced by-any other means to Intel web serving, database, or monitoring infrastructure or any other infrastructure or Services provided by Intel. Intel will be released from any and all SLA warranties and remedies associated with any such incident or service failure. This limitation shall apply, without limitation, to any application or scripted code that contains bugs, errors in logic, or that yields unpredictable or negative affects on Intel basic or extended web serving, database, or monitoring infrastructure platforms or any other infrastructure or Services provided by Intel. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all code downloaded, locally -loaded, or otherwise introduced -by Customer is fully tested in accordance with generally accepted programming practices. NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER OR INTERNET OUTAGES. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GP will not give Service Credit for Downtime resulting from network service provider outages or Internet outages resulting from failures outside the explicit control of GP. GET21 acknowledges that GP does not and cannot control the flow of data to or from GP's network and other portions of the Internet. Such flow depends in large part on the performance of Internet services provided or controlled by third parties.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Z-Tel. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Z-Tel.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
