Waiver of Fees. FTA agrees to waive investment management fees otherwise payable to it by the Fund in the amount of 0.10% of the Fund's net assets. The aggregate amount of management fees waived shall be accrued daily and paid on a monthly basis for the Fund but calculated on an annualized basis. FTA shall not have any right to reimbursement of any amount so waived.
Waiver of Fees. The Bank reserves the right at any time and from time to time to grant full or partial waivers of any fee otherwise chargeable to any Account or group of Accounts, for any reason. Any decision by the Bank regarding any such full or partial waiver does not create any right to similar or identical treatment for any other Account or group of Accounts.
Waiver of Fees. For cancelations involving split revenue terms, the cancelation fee that is due to the City of Xxxxxx will be based on the amount of revenue that would have been generated at a sold-out performance (282 seats multiplied by the average ticket price) multiplied by the agreed upon percentage split. The Presenter is responsible for all monies due Xxxxxx Community Center at the time of cancelation. Should the City cancel the event for any reason, the Presenter shall not be responsible for any cancellation fees and shall be refunded all deposits. Initial Parking- Parking is available at the Buford Community, Town Park & Theatre on a first come, first serve basis. Parking permits are not required. The City does not provide personnel to direct traffic or parking. Buford City Hall and other City owned parking facilities may be used for additional parking. Handicapped Access- Xxxxxx Community Center, Town Park & Theatre is handicapped accessible. Handicapped parking is available in the front and sides of the building. Personal Property-The City of Xxxxxx is not responsible for any valuables or personal property left on the premises or any damage to same. Smoking- Smoking is prohibited inside the Buford Community Center, Town Park & Theatre. Prohibited Items-Foggers, Hazers, Open Flame, Confetti Cannons, Balloons, and Pyrotechnic Devices are prohibited in the theatre or on stage unless approved in advance and in writing by the BCC Director. All productions are prohibited from drilling, nailing, screwing, or otherwise attaching set/props to the stage floor or theatre walls. Alcohol is prohibited backstage. Waiver of Fees. 3.10.1 Except as noted below, the College shall waive all tuition costs of credit courses taken at the College by employees, and shall waive all tuition costs of three credit-free courses taken per year at the College by all Regular employees.
3.10.1.1 The College shall waive all tuition costs of credit courses taken at the College by retirees, providing:
i) there is surplus capacity in the courses;
ii) the retiree’s enrolment attracts no additional costs to the College, and
iii) the retiree’s enrolment does not cause any instructor to exceed the average number of students in Article 6.
2.2.1.1. The instructor, co-ordinator and Vice-President must agree to the enrolment of retirees in courses with no surplus capacity. Where an instructor agrees to the enrolment of a retiree, the retiree shall not be considered to be a student for the purposes of Article 6.
2.2.1. Surplus capacity exists if after the last day for students to add courses the course does not have an enrolment equal to the maximum shown in the College’s registration system. The amount of surplus capacity shall be the difference between the number of non-retiree students enrolled and the maximum number of students allowed. This provision does not apply to the ElderCollege.
3.10.2 Nothing in the foregoing shall be construed as limiting in any fashion the College’s right to cancel any course at its discretion. In the case of credit-free courses, the employee shall be entitled to the waiver only after the minimum enrolment has been met by fee payers.
Waiver of Fees. NMBC reserves the right to waive User’s obligation to pay all or any portion of the usage fees, including for the use of the facilities by groups designated under section 501/503(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“501/503c”), during normal operation hours (M-Th 8am-3pm or Fri 8am-12pm, excluding holidays designated by NMBC). Any waiver of any of the usage fees shall still be subject to User’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the reimbursement upon New Xxxxxx Baptist Church’s request for any excess costs.

Waiver of Fees. The Fund of Funds agrees that any Fund of Funds Adviser, or trustee or sponsor of a Fund of Funds, as applicable, will waive fees otherwise payable to it by the Fund of Funds in an amount at least equal to any compensation (including fees received pursuant to any plan adopted by a Fund under Rule 12b-1 under the 0000 Xxx) received from a Fund by the Fund of Funds Adviser, trustee or sponsor or an affiliated person of the Funds of Funds Adviser, trustee or sponsor, other than any advisory fees paid to the Fund of Funds Adviser or its affiliated person by the Fund, from the Funds in connection with investment by the Fund of Funds in the Funds. Any Subadviser will waive fees otherwise payable to the Subadviser, directly or indirectly, by the Fund of Funds in an amount at least equal to any compensation received by the Subadviser, or an affiliated person of the Subadviser, other than any advisory fees paid to the Subadviser or its affiliated person by the Fund, from the Fund in connection with the investment by the Fund of Funds in the Fund made at the direction of the Subadviser. In the event that the Subadviser waives fees, the benefit of the waiver will be passed through to the Fund of Funds.
Waiver of Fees. BPW agrees to not charge the CITY fees directly related to the construction of public restroom and shower facilities. BPW further agrees to not charge the CITY fees directly related to the construction of facilities “beneficial” to City residents and visitors. The CITY will have the burden of demonstrating to BPW, and the BPW will have the discretion to determine, that the project is beneficial to City residents and visitors and therefore a waiver of fees is warranted.
