Networking. If the parties plan to participate in Networking, each agrees to do so pursuant to the standard Networking agreement it has executed and filed with the DTCC and the DTCC’s rules and procedures.
Networking. Purchaser is responsible for maintaining all computer networking as it relates to the integration of any components of the Covered Hardware outside of such system and within Purchaser’s network.
Networking. The Consultant may provide certain professional networking opportunities for the Corporation. Such opportunities may include introductions to, and the formulation and maintenance of relationships with, key business and potential buyers of the Corporation's product line in the United States and Europe.
Networking. For each Account established and/or maintained pursuant to Networking, Fund Company shall accept and effect changes in its records upon receipt of instructions, communications and actions from Schwab electronically through Networking without supporting documentation from Schwab or the beneficial owners of Fund shares. Fund Company shall be responsible for processing any such instructions, communications or actions from Schwab and for executing the instructions of Schwab in a timely manner.
Networking. This section 6 shall apply only between parties using the NSCC's NETWORKING service with each other from time to time:
(a) Each party represents to the other that it, its affiliate or its agent has executed and filed with the NSCC, and has not terminated, the Standard Networking Agreement and that it, its affiliate or its agent is eligible to use the NSCC's NETWORKING service. Each party agrees to participate in NETWORKING with the other under the terms of the networking Agreement and in accordance with the rules, standards and procedures of the NSCC as in effect from time-to-time.
(b) The terms of the NETWORKING Agreement, as supplemented by this Section 6, shall be incorporated by reference herein. The term "Fund Agent" has the meaning assigned thereto in the NETWORKING Agreement; the term "Firm" as used therein shall be deemed to refer to the Insurance Company or its agent. The provisions of Article III of the NETWORKING Agreement as incorporated by reference herein shall survive termination of this Agreement with respect to acts or omissions occurring prior to such termination and actions, claims, suits, complaints, proceedings or investigations resulting from or arising out such acts or omissions.
Networking. Customer will not, and will not allow third parties under its control to: (i) use the Services to provide a service, Application, or functionality of network transport or transmission (including, but not limited to, IP transit, virtual private networks, or content delivery networks); or (ii) sell bandwidth from the Services.
Networking. 16.1 An entity will be permitted to network its Channels in its own network, within the country. However, it is also to be ensured that at least 20% of the total broadcast in a day (reckoned from 0000 hrs to 2400 hrs), is in the local language of that city and promotes local content. This may include the Radio Jockey speaking in local language(s)/ dialect(s) or programmes focused on local culture/ tradition/folk music etc. or other permissible programmes/advertisements in the local language(s)/dialect(s).
16.2 No two entities shall be permitted to network any of their channels in any category of cities. Note: The permission holder companies referred to in Note-1 below Para 8.1 of policy guidelines dated 25.07.2011 shall be treated as a single entity for the purposes of this Clause.
Networking. Any networking necessary at Customer’s location shall be provided by Customer or will be provided by the Company under a separate agreement, but at a cost not to exceed $80/hr. for labor, plus materials. It is the Company’s responsibility to provide a managed Internet Service to Customer’s location. It is Customer’s responsibility to maintain and ensure the compatibility of Customer’s network with such Internet service (although this may be separately contracted with the Company.)
Networking. Provide a secured wireless network with encryption, operating at both 2.4 and 5 GHz with 802.11ac, b, g and n protocols.
Networking. For purposes of security and network manageability, the school issued devices are equipped with Wi-Fi networking capabilities only and will access the district’s network via a managed Wi-Fi connection. Students will be allowed to connect to wireless networks on their school issued devices. This will allow them to use the device outside of the school. However, students must ensure that they do not adjust settings in such a way as to interfere with Wi-Fi network use at school. The use of Region 10’s technology resources is a privilege; as such, it is expected that all students will be always respectful of the technology per Board of Education Policy # P 5134 – POLICY REGARDING MINOR STUDENT USE OF THE DISTRICT'S COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND policy, privileges may be revoked, access to the school district technology resources may be denied, and appropriate disciplinary action shall be taken. The respective school’s Student Code of Conduct shall be applied to student infractions. ∉ Parents/guardians are expected to talk to their children about values and the standards that their children should follow on the use of the Internet just as you do on the use of all media information sources. ∉ While the district does provide baseline web content filtering on a PLD while offsite, monitoring of Internet access is a parental responsibility. Parents/guardiansshould contact their Internet Service Provider for details of home filtering options. ∉ Provide Internet and Email access to its students. ∉ Provide Internet filtering of inappropriate materials as able and as required by state and federal law. ∉ Provide instruction in digital citizenship. ∉ Using computers/devices in a responsible and ethical manner as good digital citizens. ∉ Obeying general school rules concerning behavior and communication, online and otherwise. ∉ Handling technology resources with care not to damage school equipment. ∉ Keeping their devices in a safe and secure location at all times. ∉ Helping the school district protect our computer system/device by contacting an administrator within 24 hours of occurrence about any security and/or functionality problems they may encounter. ∉ Accepting responsibility for all activity on their device. ∉ Turning off and securing school issued devices after they are done working to protect their work and information. ∉ Informing appropriate staff if evidence of inappropriate use of technology, including inappropriate emails and chats, is witnessed. ∉ Submitting their sc...
