NEW EMPLOYEE LISTS. The Auditor-Controller will furnish CAPE with a semi-monthly list of employees in the Bargaining Unit. The employee list shall contain the name, employee number, classification title, item number, item sub, item step salary rate, bargaining unit, department, division, work location, latest hire date, and job appointment date of all employees who enter the Bargaining Unit and who are covered by this Agreement. This employee list shall be provided to CAPE at a cost to be determined by the Auditor- Controller.

NEW EMPLOYEE LISTS. ‌ The County will furnish CAPE within 30 days from the date of hiring a new employee or by the first pay period of the month following the date of hiring the following information: name, classification title, department, division, work location, work phone, home phone, personal cell phone, personal email and home address. The information identified herein shall be provided to CAPE regarding each employee whose classification is contained in the Bargaining Unit every 120 days. The County will not furnish CAPE an individual employee’s home address, home telephone, personal cellular telephone, personal email or date of birth who submitted a written request to the County pursuant to Government Code Section 6254.3 (c) objecting to disclosure of such information.
NEW EMPLOYEE LISTS. The Company agrees to furnish the appropriate National Vice President of the Union, each month, with the names of all new eligible employees employed within the collective bargaining unit during the preceding month. The notification shall state the employee's name, residence address, and work location.
NEW EMPLOYEE LISTS. No later than May 1 of each academic year, and every three (3) months thereafter if any such information has changed, the University shall provide to the union an electronic list of the following employee information, if available: name, classification, hiring unit (department), home phone, personal cell phone, personal email address, home address, and start date.   • New Employees The Employer agrees to acquaint new Employees with the fact that a Union Agreement is in effect, and with the requirement set out in the Article dealing with Union dues.

  • New Employee Orientation The Union will provide each agency personnel director with the names and addresses of up to two (2) authorized Union representatives per agency to receive notice of each formal orientation meeting held by the Department. The notice will be sent as soon as such meetings are scheduled (but not less than ten (10) days in advance) and will include date, time and location. Due to operational exigencies, agencies may schedule an orientation which will provide the Union with less than the requisite ten (10) days' notice; however the Union shall be notified as soon as possible after the scheduling of the orientation and the Union representative shall be released from duty. Agencies shall routinely schedule orientations in a manner that will allow for the ten (10) day advance notice to the Union. During the formal orientation, the Union will be permitted to give a twenty (20) minute presentation which may include an enrollment in supplemental Union benefits. The parties shall encourage employee attendance, although attendance shall not be mandatory if an employee objects to attending the presentation. In the event a formal orientation meeting is not held, or the Union is unable to attend the formal orientation because the designated Union representatives cannot be released under Article 4, the Employer shall allow the Union representative and the employee(s) to meet during duty hours at a mutually agreed upon time and location for twenty (20) minutes Employee participation in these meetings shall be encouraged although an employee shall not be required to attend such a meeting.
