No Attorney Fees. In the event of any claim determined by mediation, arbitration or by a court of law, each party shall bear their own costs, including, without limitation, filing fees, attorneys' fees, investigation expenses, consultant's fees and expert's fees. the other costs of mediation, arbitration, litigation and other court costs shall be divided and paid equally by the parties. To the extent permitted by law, statutory attorney's fees under the Unlawful Trade Practices Act or any other applicable statute are hereby waived.

This Section shall not be interpreted to prohibit recovery of attorney fees as indemnity damages as described in the indemnity or lien clause(s) of this Agreement.
