Nondiscrimination Compliance. 9.3.1 Contractor’s signature affixed hereon shall constitute a certification that to the best of its ability and knowledge will, unless exempted, comply with the nondiscrimination program requirements set forth in this section.
9.3.2 Contractor hereby certifies compliance with the following:
a. Federal Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375, relating to equal employment opportunity;
b. Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (42 USC §§ 2000d et seq. and 2000e et seq.);
c. Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 USC §§ 701 et seq.);
d. Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended (41 CFR Subtitle B, Part 60-300);
e. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity, Department of Labor, as amended (41 CFR Chapter 60); and
f. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (Pub. L. 101-336; 42 USC §§ 12101 et seq.).

B. Subcontractor hereby certifies compliance with the following:
1) Federal Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375, relating to equal employment opportunity.
2) Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
3) Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
4) Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1972, as amended.
5) Title 41, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Chapter 60, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity, Department of Labor, as amended.
6) Public Law 101-336, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended.
Nondiscrimination Compliance. A. During the performance of this Agreement, the Contractor and its subcontractors shall not deny the Agreement’s benefits to any person on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, or military and veteran status, nor shall they discriminate unlawfully against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, or military and veteran status. The Contractor shall ensure that the evaluation and treatment of employees and applicants for employment are free of such discrimination.
B. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Gov. Code § 12900 et seq.), the regulations promulgated thereunder (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § 11000 et seq.), the provisions of Article 9.5, Chapter 1, Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code (Gov. Code §§ 11135-11139.5), and the regulations or standards adopted by the awarding state agency to implement such article.
C. The Contractor shall permit access by representatives of the Department of Fair Employment and Housing to the awarding state agency upon reasonable notice at any time during normal business hours, but in no case upon less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information, and facilities as said Department or Agency shall require to ascertain compliance with this clause.
D. The Contractor and its subcontractors shall give written notice of their obligations under this clause to labor organizations with which they have a collective bargaining or other agreement.
E. The Contractor shall include the nondiscrimination and compliance provisions of this clause in all subcontracts entered into as a result of this Agreement.

By entering into the MOU, the City assured the District that the City complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to nondiscrimination. No person shall on the basis of race, color, national origin/language, creed/religion, sex, sexual orientation – including gender identity/expression, disability or the use of a service animal by a person with a disability, age, marital status, honorable discharge veteran or military status, HIV/Hepatitis C status, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or be otherwise subject to discrimination under any activity performed pursuant to this MOU.
B. The City is an equal opportunity employer. By entering into the MOU, the District assures the City that the District complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to nondiscrimination. No person shall on the basis of race, color, national origin/language, creed/religion, sex, sexual orientation – including gender identity/expression, disability or the use of a service animal by a person with a disability, age, marital status, honorable discharge veteran or military status, HIV/Hepatitis C status, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or be otherwise subject to discrimination under any activity performed pursuant to this MOU.
Nondiscrimination Compliance. CONSULTANT’S signature on this Agreement shall constitute a certification under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that CONSULTANT has, unless exempt, complied with the nondiscrimination program requirements of Government Code Section 12990 and Title 2 of the California Administrative Code Section 8103.
Nondiscrimination Compliance. School and Nemours, in compliance with all local, state, and federal law and regulations, shall not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, handicap, sexual preference, disabled or Vietnam era veteran status or financial status in admission or access to the Program hereunder. Further, School and Nemours agree to fully comply with all laws in the performance hereunder.
Nondiscrimination Compliance. The DB Entity shall furnish and file compliance reports within the times, and using the forms, prescribed by the Michigan Civil Rights Commission. Compliance report forms may also elicit information as to the practices, policies, programs, and employment statistics of the DB Entity and Subcontractors. The DB Entity shall permit access to Records by the Michigan Civil Rights Commission and its agent for the purposes of ascertaining compliance with the Contract Documents and with rules, regulations and orders of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission. If, after a hearing held pursuant to its rules, the Michigan Civil Rights Commission finds that the DB Entity has not complied with the nondiscrimination requirements of the Contract Documents, the Michigan Civil Rights Commission may, as part of its order, certify said findings to the Board. Upon receipt of certification, the Board may order the cancellation of the Contract and/or declare the DB Entity ineligible for future contracts with the State, until the DB Entity complies with said order of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission.
Nondiscrimination Compliance. The Vendor shall comply with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Executive Order No. 11246, as amended by Executive Order No. 11375, both issued by the President of the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and with all applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations implementing the foregoing statutes with respect to nondiscrimination in employment. The Vendor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of a physical or mental disability in regard to any position for which the employee or applicant is qualified. The Vendor agrees to take affirmative action to employ, advance in employment, and otherwise treat qualified disabled individuals without discrimination based on their physical or mental disability in all employment practices.
