NORMAL WORKING WEEK. The normal method of scheduling hours will provide for a nine day fortnight. This may be departed from subject to consultation and mutual agreement. Alternative patterns of work may include patterns such as 12 hour day/six day fortnight, nine hour day/eight day fortnight, etc.
NORMAL WORKING WEEK. The regular work week shall consist of five, seven hour days (35 hours weekly) with the following exceptions: a) Parking Control Officers, Pool Supervisors, Stockkeepers, Aquatic Coordinators, Area Parks Supervisors, Fleet Supervisor, Urban Forestry Supervisors, Supervisor of Roads, Supervisor of Water/Sewer, Facility Service Technicians and Facility Quality Control Technicians - 40 hours weekly Any Aquatic Coordinators hired or appointed after March 31, 1996, will work 35 hours per week at the hourly rate of the current Aquatic Coordinator(s).

NORMAL WORKING WEEK. The parties agree that for the purposes of this agreement the normal working week shall be 38 hours. The 38 hours will be used to calculate superannuation, workers’ compensation, redundancy payments and long service leave. Should the shift roster be altered as per Clause 4.4 of this agreement, then discussions will take place between the parties as to the normal working week.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.

  • Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00

  • Other Than Normal Working Hours Non-prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, and any time Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. The Contractor will perform Tasks during Other Than Normal Working Hours for the Unit Price set forth in the CTC multiplied by the Adjustment Factor of: 1.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Normal Hours of Work 10A.01 The normal work day is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00 Midnight. 10A.02 The employer has the option of working either five (5) eight (8) hour days or four (4) ten

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week for full-time employees covered by this Agreement shall be forty (40) hours, exclusive of the time allotted for meal periods, consisting of five (5) consecutive work days followed by two (2) consecutive days off. The week shall commence with the shift that includes 12:01 A.M. Sunday of each calendar week and end at the start of the shift that includes 12:00 midnight the following Saturday. The Employer retains the right to modify the work schedules to meet operational needs.
