Notice of Return from Leave.
22.3.1 The Member will provide the Xxxx with at least two (2) months’ written notice of intent to return from leave.
Notice of Return from Leave. Supervisors scheduled to return from leave at the beginning of the school year must notify the Personnel Office, in writing, by April 1 preceding the July return date concerning their intention to return. Supervisors scheduled to return at the beginning of the second semester, if return during the school year has been approved, must notify the Personnel Office, in writing, by November 15 preceding the return date concerning their intention to return.
Notice of Return from Leave. A scheduled leave return to occur at the beginning of the school year must be communicated to the Personnel Office, in writing, by April 1 preceding the July return date. A scheduled return at the beginning of the school year second semester must include notification to the Personnel Office, in writing, by November 15 preceding the return date regarding the intention to return.
Notice of Return from Leave. When the Employee wishes to return to their position, the Employee shall give the Employer advance notice of three (3) weeks. The Employee shall be placed in their former position or, if that position no longer exists, a similar position. If such employment is not available, Article 33 shall apply.
Notice of Return from Leave. Employees returning from a leave of absence as defined in Section 8.1 [if over thirty (30) days], 8.5, 8.6, 8.9, 8.10, 8.11, 8.13 are required to give at least two weeks written notice.

A teacher on leave for a period of one (1) year or more shall notify the District of his/her intention to return on or before the first (1st) day of February immediately preceding the commencement of the next school year. The district shall initiate such process by writing to the teacher no later than January 15th asking for the teacher to declare his/her intentions for the ensuing school year.
Notice of Return from Leave. For a return from medical leave, the Employee should give as much notice as is practicable, but for leaves longer than three (3) months, notice shall not be less than two (2) weeks.

For leaves of ninety (90) calendar days or more, four (4) weeks notice must be given.

The individual on leave shall notify the School District of his/her intention to return from the leave at least thirty (30) days prior to the employee’s anticipated return, and shall provide medical documentation releasing the employee to return as requested by the school district.
