NURSING RESOURCE TEAM (NRT). V.1 A Nursing Resource Team (NRT) can be utilized to meet the Hospital’s need to replace short term absences, fill temporary vacancies and unforeseen increases to patient volume in units and as a method of creating full-time positions. V.2 The Collective Agreement shall apply to all aspects of the NRT Nurse. V.3 For the purposes of vacation, leaves of absence, lay-off or any other seniority or service entitlement under the collective agreement the NRT shall be treated as a separate unit. V.4 The utilization of a NRT shall not cause the short term or long term lay off of any nurse covered by the collective agreement or a reduction in the scheduled hours of regular part-time nurses on the unit. V.5 Prior to assigning a NRT/SRT Nurse, the Hospital must satisfy its obligations under the collective agreement with respect to the scheduling or calling in of regular part- time and/or casual nurses for scheduled tours and/or additional tours that become available after the schedule has been posted save and except that NRT’s may be utilized to fill temporary full-time vacancies due to sick leave absences, leaves of absence and pregnancy/parental leaves while the Employer makes proper arrangements to fill the vacancy under Article 10.07(d). V.6 To ensure quality patient care, each nurse assigned to a unit shall receive the orientation specific to the program prior to the commencement of the assignment. NURSING RESOURCE TEAM (NRT). The purpose of NRT is to provide internal 16 staffing within the hospital units to cover anticipated and short-term absences 17 of core staff. NRT nurses are a valuable and highly skilled resource for the 18 Hospital. Nurses shall demonstrate and maintain competency, skills and 19 certifications required to work within their clinical grouping service. NRT 20 clinical grouping services currently include: 21  Med-Surg: Cardiac Center 22  Ortho-Neuro, Med Oncology 23  Post-Surgical and 24  General Medicine 25  Critical Care: 26  ICU, IMCU, CCE and ED 27  Women’s and Children’s: 28  Peds, Maternal Child 29  Special Care Nursery and 30  NICU 32 The Hospital may add to or reconfigure clinical grouping services, or add 33 additional services, after prior notice to and consultation with bargaining unit 34 representatives. 1 7.5.1 Each NRT RN will be assigned a primary unit within their clinical 2 grouping service for purposes of Staffing Standby rotation, job bidding, 3 and layoff under Article 8. 5 7.5.2 As with other positions in the bargaining unit, the Hospital may post 6 NRT positions as full time or part time, in its discretion. In addition, an 7 NRT RN may request a reduction in hours in accordance with Section 8 1.2(G)(4). 10 7.5.3 Daily staffing assignments while on shift will be designated in 11 accordance with the following: 12 1. Assignments will generally follow four-hour blocks with 13 equitable rotation throughout the clinical grouping service. 15 2. An NRT nurse will be assigned to a unit outside of their primary 16 clinical grouping service only when an NRT in that clinical 17 grouping service is unavailable, and patient needs require the 18 assignment. An NRT required to float outside of their clinical 19 grouping service may request and receive a modified 20 assignment consistent with their skill set. If an NRT nurse, in 21 their professional judgment, determines that they do not 22 possess the skills or experience required for the assignment, 23 the nurse’s judgment will be respected. 25 3. An NRT nurse shall have the option to reorient to any unit 26 within their clinical grouping service if it has been more than six 27 months since their last rotation to that unit.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 6.1 The Performance Plan (Annexure A) to this Agreement sets out – 6.1.1 The standards and procedures for evaluating the Employee’s performance; and 6.1.2 The intervals for the evaluation of the Employee’s performance. 6.2 Despite the establishment of agreed intervals for evaluation, the Employer may in addition review the Employee’s performance at any stage while the contract of employment remains in force; 6.3 Personal growth and development needs identified during any performance review discussion must be documented in a Personal Development Plan as well as the actions agreed to and implementation must take place within set time frames; 6.4 The Employee’s performance will be measured in terms of contributions to the goals and strategies set out in the Employer’s Integrated Development Plan (IDP) as described in 6.6 – 6.12 below; 6.5 The Employee will submit quarterly performance reports (SDBIP) and a comprehensive annual performance report at least one week prior to the performance assessment meetings to the Evaluation Panel Chairperson for distribution to the panel members for preparation purposes; 6.6 Assessment of the achievement of results as outlined in the performance plan: 6.6.1 Each KPI or group of KPIs shall be assessed according to the extent to which the specified standards or performance targets have been met and with due regard to ad-hoc tasks that had to be performed under the KPI, and the score of the employer will be given to and explained to the Employee during the assessment interview. 6.6.2 A rating on the five-point scale shall be provided for each KPI or group of KPIs which will then be multiplied by the weighting to calculate the final score; 6.6.3 The Employee will submit his self-evaluation to the Employer prior to the formal assessment; 6.6.4 In the instance where the employee could not perform due to reasons outside the control of the employer and employee, the KPI will not be considered during the evaluation. The employee should provide sufficient evidence in such instances; and 6.6.5 An overall score will be calculated based on the total of the individual scores calculated above.

  • Staffing Plan The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Management Grievance The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure by the Employer or designate presenting the grievance to the President of the Union or designate. Time limits and process are identical to a union grievance.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System 1. request access to CMBHS via the CMBHS Helpline at (000) 000-0000. 2. use the CMBHS time frames specified by System Agency. 3. use System Agency-specified functionality of the CMBHS in its entirety. 4. submit all bills and reports to System Agency through the CMBHS, unless otherwise instructed.

  • Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity 1.1.02 Identify at least one individual to act as the program contact in the following areas: 1. Immunization Program Manager;
