Nursing Staff. An employee shall not work more than two (2) different shifts in any one (1) week, but shall have a break of at least sixteen (16) hours between shifts, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Nursing Staff a. The Employer shall schedule employees in each department. The normal shifts currently being worked in nursing are as follows:
i. The first shift of the day commences at 11:00 p.m. and finishes at 7:00 a.m.
ii. The second shift of the day commences at 7:00 a.m. and finishes at 3:00 p.m.
iii. The third shift of the day commences at 3:00 p.m. and finishes at 11:00 p.m.
iv. The Employer agrees that it shall not alter the normal shifts and shift times currently being worked in nursing without first discussing the change with the Union. The parties recognize that there are existing shifts including short shifts that vary from the times set out above.
Nursing Staff. The daily hours of work will be eight (8) hours inclusive of one half hour for lunch with two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks. The standard hours shall be: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Nursing Staff. The normal work day for Nursing Staff shall be eight (8) hours and five (5) minutes, which includes a five (5) minute period for the purpose of Report Time. This is an unpaid period and the employee, as part of the normal work day, must be at the Report Station dressed appropriately for work, a full five (5) minutes before the scheduled “on floor” nursing duties. The eight (8) hours and five (5) minutes includes one-half (1/2) hour lunch break. Where the lunch break is interrupted by a patient call, the break shall be extended for each call for fifteen (15) minutes or the length of the call, whichever is longer, but in no event shall the extension of lunch break time be longer than thirty (30) minutes.
Nursing Staff. The ordinary hours of work for a full-time Nursing Staff Employee shall be 38 hours per week and may be worked on any day from Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30 am and 6.30 pm. The ordinary hours of work of a Nursing Staff Employee may be averaged over a period of a fortnight or four weeks.
Nursing Staff. The normal work week shall be Sunday through Saturday. The work day shall include a meal period of thirty (30) minutes and the shift shall be as follows: Night 10:55 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Day 6:55 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Afternoon 2:55 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

17.2 A registered nurse will, in the case of a nurse working in a sole nursing position, be classified and paid as a registered nurse level Health Centre Coordinator.
Nursing Staff. All nursing staff shall be Registered Nurses and shall be appointed at one of the following positions/levels: The Nurse Manager shall have the duty of ensuring that the Policies of the Employer are abided by, by the nursing staff, and ensures the smooth and efficient running of the day to day nursing activities of the clinic. Shall be an employee with no previous Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) experience, for up to one year of service. Shall be an employee employed within the ART industry for a period of one (1) to three (3) years. Shall be an employee employed within the ART industry for a period greater than three (3) years. Shall be a Level 3 IVF Nurse Co-ordinator but who will have the added duties of general supervision.
Nursing Staff.
