OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST. The Host shall: 4.3.1 be responsible for the management and operation of the Depot;
OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST. The host undertakes to provide all the care and diligence necessary to provide a Quality Service in accordance with the practices of the profession and the state of the art. The host, shall be subject to an obligation of means and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect prejudice resulting from information that is poorly used and/or that may prove to be inaccurate or incomplete.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST. 5.2.1 The Host shall: 5.2.1.1 be responsible for the management and operation of the Depot; 5.2.1.2 test Product for quality, measure and receive Product into storage in the Depot; 5.2.1.3 in the case of any Product stock-out (being an unavailability of Product to the Tenant to which the Tenant is entitled) for a Tenant due to use of this Tenant’s stock by the Host and not excused by the Force Majeure provisions of this Agreement, the Host shall be responsible for alternate sourcing of the affected Product and all related costs. Should the Host fail to source the affected Product, the Tenant will be entitled to procure the Product at its cost and recover direct incremental and reasonable costs from the Host on written request: provided that: 5.2.1.3.1 the Tenant shall be entitled to recover from the Host any reasonable logistics costs relating to the transportation of such volume of Product that the Tenant may reasonably have incurred in excess of logistic costs that the Tenant would have incurred had the Host supplied the quantity of Product; 5.2.1.3.2 the Host shall not be liable for any additional cost, expenses or losses, whether direct, indirect or consequential; 5.2.1.3.3 only upon the Host providing the Tenant written notice that it is unable to procure the Product from another source, shall the Tenant be entitled to procure the Product. If the Host fails to provide such written notice within twenty four (24) hours of the Product stock-out, the Host shall be deemed to be unable to procure the Product and Tenant shall be entitled to procure the Product itself as contemplated in clause 5.2.1.3 above. 5.2.1.4 be responsible to ensure that the Product does not deteriorate or become contaminated as a result of storage and handling of the Product by the Host; 5.2.1. 5 no manual additive injection will be allowed. 5.2.2 The Parties shall ensure that load rack meters at the Depots meet the requirements of the regulations framed under the Trade Metrology Act No 77 of 1973, as amended.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST. 5.1 In performing any of the Activities, its duties, or obligations in connection with this contract, the Host shall use reasonable endeavors to: 5.1.1 promote and raise awareness of the Sponsor; 5.1.2 prominently feature the Sponsor Mark at any event or in any marketing or other activity which constitutes an Activity (as agreed between the parties from time to time); 5.1.3 keep the Sponsor informed as promptly and as reasonably practicable with respect to material developments which might affect the Sponsor’s participation in the Activities; 5.1.4 make no representation, whether express or implied, that it is authorized or endorsed by the Sponsor, save as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST. The Host must complete an SD-Box Access Point Hosting Voucher, as appended, indicating its consent to receipt and hosting under the conditions set forth in this contract. It must send this to CASD (cf. Communication section), specifying its contract number and the Funder's contract number if applicable.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST. 8.1 The Host shall be obliged to provide the agreed services to an extent that complies with its standards. 8.2 Extra services of the Host that must be indicated accordingly since they are not included in the accommodation remuneration shall, by way of example, include: a) Extra accommodation services that may be invoiced separately, such as the provision of Bicycles, garages, Baby bed etc.; b) A reduced price shall be charged for the hosting of animals. 8.3 The Host shall not be liable for the items brought along by the Tenant / Guests
OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST. 3.1. The Host shall provide the Services set out in Appendix 3 and in accordance with the term and conditions of this Agreement. 3.2. The Host accepts that it shall be solely responsible for the provision of the Services and the performance of the relevant obligations provided in this Agreement. 3.3. The Host represents and warrants that it has the skills, resources, expertise and experience necessary and appropriate to provide the Services and perform all of its obligations under this agreement in a prompt, competent, efficient and effective manner. 3.4. The Host covenants and warrants that in the provision of Services it will use all reasonable endeavours at all times to conform to all statutory and legal requirements, rules, regulations, recommendations, guidelines and codes of practice or conduct laid down by any relevant body or any other accepted standard. 3.5. The Host must take reasonable precautions in order that all marketing and promotional activities and materials related to the Services provided will be performed on time and adequately. 3.6. The ILS may, at any time and in its sole discretion, request evidence to ensure that the Host meets its obligations in respect to the delivery of the Services and in compliance with this agreement whether by itself or by other parties contracted by the Host to provide the Services for and/or with the Host. The Host shall expeditiously furnish information as requested. 3.7. The Host shall, before 01/01/2025, create an Organising Committee (OC) of the LWC 2028 in the status of a legal person. If a National Life Saving Federation is involved, the OC shall include, among the members a person appointed by the National Lifesaving Federation. 3.8. The Host shall, before 01/01/2025, confirm the World Championship dates and meeting venues. 3.9. The Host shall organise in 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 one Co-Ordination Committee (Co-Com). 3.10. The ILS shall share the knowledge and expertise which it has acquired over the years as a result of it overseeing the organisation of previous Lifesaving World Championships, to assist the OC in relation to the planning, organisation and operation of the LWC 2028. Similarly, the OC undertakes to share its knowledge and expertise in relation to the planning, organisation and operation of the LWC 2028 with the ILS and organising committees of future Lifesaving World Championships, as requested by the ILS. 3.11. Test Product for quality, measure and receive Product into storage in the Depot; 5.1.3. In the case of any Product stock-out (being an unavailability of Product to the Tenant to which the Tenant is entitled pursuant to the application of the Banking Principle) for a Tenant due to use of this Tenant’s stock by the Host and not excused by the Force Majeure provisions of this Agreement, the Host shall be responsible for alternate sourcing of the affected Product and all related costs. Should the Host fail to source the affected Product, the Tenant will be entitled to procure the Product at its cost and recover direct incremental and reasonable costs from the Host on written request; 5.1.4. Be responsible to ensure that the Product does not deteriorate or become contaminated as a result of storage and handling of the Product by the Host; 5.1.5. Ensure that additive doping standards are met and that mandatory reporting takes place at the prescribed schedule; 5.1.6. After a formal handover process by the Tenant to the Host of the additive injection systems on completion of an agreed Management of Change, maintain and repair the additive injection systems in order to minimize downtime; and 5.1.7. No manual additive injection will be allowed. 5.1.8. The Parties shall ensure that load rack meters at the Depots meet the requirements of the regulations framed under the Trade Metrology Act No 77 of 1973, as amended.
