Observation and Evaluation of Teachers. Observation and evaluation of teachers shall be according to the procedures established in the Western Professional Growth and Assistance Plan, or a mutually agreeable successor plan.

Observation and Evaluation of Teachers. A. Each year, three (3) formal written observations shall be made of teachers during their probationary period by an administrator o f the School District and a recommendation for reappointment or tenure shall be made to the Board no later than April 1st. Reappointments or tenure recommendations made to the Board may be retracted after the April 1st deadline provided the retraction is made prior to the effective date of the reappointment or tenure and appropriate notice is given. Two (2) of the three formal observations will be made with no less than one (1) week’s advance notice to the probationary teacher. All three observations shall be conducted with a view to the principle that all observations should assist the teacher in the development of his/her professional skills and competencies. The observation forms in Appendix C are intended for use.
Observation and Evaluation of Teachers. The procedures for the supervision of instruction, observation and evaluation of tenured and non-tenured teachers assigned to regular classroom teaching duties shall conform with N.J.A.C. 6A:32-4.4 (Evaluation of Tenured Teaching Staff Member) and N.J.A.C. 6A:32-4.5 (Supervision of Instruction: Observation and Evaluation of Non-Tenured Teaching Staff Members) and shall be: consistent with the Teacher Effectiveness and Accountability for the Children of New Jersey Act (TEACH NJ), N.J.S.A 18A:6-117 et al, and N.J.A.C. 6A:10, Educator Effectiveness. In the event that both the administrator and the teacher agree that there has been an oversight or a mistake of fact in connection with the written Summary Evaluation report, such written Summary Evaluation report shall be rewritten to correct the agreed upon oversight or mistake of fact.

  • Supervision and Evaluation The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation (c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF BIDS 30.1 The Employer will carry out evaluation of details and information provided in post- Qualification Questionnaire and any bidder who does not qualify shall not have his/her bid evaluated further.
