Office and Meeting Space. 1. The Agency shall provide the Union with adequate space to conduct Union meetings during non-work hours (before and after normal duty hours, and during lunch). As such, the Agency agrees that Building Number 6202, Camp X.X. Xxxxxxxx, North Little Rock, AR 72199 shall be designated as the Union office. 2. Should Building Number 6202 become unavailable for use by the Union for any reason, or should the Agency require that the Union permanently vacate the current office, the Agency agrees to re-locate the Union office to another building or facility on Camp X.X. Xxxxxxxx that will provide the Union with an equal amount of square-footage and amenities to include a rest room, heating/air conditioning, and communications capabilities. 3. The Union shall be responsible for paying the monthly rent and maintaining the building in accordance with published Housing Board standards. Minor maintenance on the building shall be self-help with the Union providing the labor and the employer providing the materials. Major repairs, i.e. electrical, heating/air conditioning, etc. will be provided by the employer. 4. The Union shall comply with all security rules applicable to the AR ARNG. Requests for a meeting facility, if other than the designated Union office, will be coordinated by the Union with the Agency prior to use.
Office and Meeting Space. 1. At the request of the Union, the Employer will provide adequate facilities on a space-available basis, to conduct Union meetings during non-work hours. Costs (utilities and cleaning fees) associated with that use will be paid by the Union. The Employer also agrees to provide office space (not to exceed 225 sq. ft.) and furnishings (desk, file cabinets, chair) on an exclusive-use basis, when possible, for use by the Union. The Union will have the option to reimburse the employer for utility and operational costs of the exclusive-use area at GSA rate each year or find an alternate non-agency provided location to conduct Union business. The Union agrees to comply with safety and fire regulations within their exclusive use area and to observe acceptable housekeeping standards. 2. At the request of the Union, the Employer may approve the use of other facilities for Union training. The request must be in writing and approved by The Adjutant General or their designated representative. Such requests are subject to availability of the facility. A cleaning fee and/or utility costs will be assessed based on estimated cost to the government. 3. The Employer agrees that adequate space for a small file cabinet will be provided for the Union President adjacent to this work area. 4. The Union is not authorized the use of government equipment or supplies except as provided in this agreement.
Office and Meeting SpaceUnit members shall be provided access to dedicated office space to conduct their daily work, prepare for class, meet with students and colleagues, and hold office hours when they are employed by the College. Each office shall be appropriately furnished to accommodate the needs for unit members. Unit members will have their names listed on office signage and department/building directories, as appropriate. Unit members shall also be permitted to use the College’s room reservation system to reserve meeting spaces and other rooms in accordance with applicable College procedure.

  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.

  • Meeting Space The Union may request use of State property to hold meetings. Where feasible, the Employer will provide such space. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. Such requests will not be unreasonably denied.

  • Office Space All faculty members teaching one-half time or more shall be provided with office space on the campus where the majority of their courses are taught. Further, the Employer will, upon the request of a faculty member, complete Income Tax Form No.T2200 (Declaration of Employment Conditions - Office or Employment Expense).

  • Meeting and Function Room Rental Charges A. The Contractor shall charge the Judicial Council the applicable total room rental charges, as set forth in Table 2, below, based upon a sliding scale for meeting and function rooms and inclusive of all service charges and tax:

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.

  • Meeting Rooms In accordance with Hospital policy, the Union may use designated meeting rooms of the Employer for meetings of the Local Unit, provided sufficient advance request for meeting facilities is made to the Director, Employee and Labor Relations, or designee, and space is available.

  • Licence to Occupy Premises A5.1 Any land or Premises made available to the Contractor by the Authority in connection with the Contract, shall be made available to the Contractor on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall have the use of such land or Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.
