On-Site Inspections. On-site inspections related to interconnection of generating facilities to the CAISO Controlled Grid shall be in accordance with the provisions of the CAISO Tariff. With regard to on-site inspections related to interconnection of transmission facilities or load to the CAISO Controlled Grid, the CAISO may at its own expense accompany a Participating TO during on-site inspections and tests of such interconnections or, by pre-arrangement, may itself inspect such interconnections or perform its own additional inspections and tests.
On-Site Inspections. The ISO may at its own expense accompany a Participating TO during on-site inspections and tests of Interconnections or, by pre-arrangement, may itself inspect Interconnections or perform its own additional inspections and tests.
On-Site Inspections. Owner shall grant, throughout the term of this Agreement, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice, to any duly authorized representative of OHFA, the right and opportunity to inspect all books and records of Owner [and of Owner's property management agent(s)] concerning the Development and Incomes of Qualified Residents which may relate to Owner's or the Development's compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Code, and the QAP of OHFA, and the right and opportunity to inspect the Land, the Development, the Building(s), the rental units, etc., as referred to in Article 8 hereof. OHFA shall at all times during the Extended Use Period have the right, without prior notice to Owner, to conduct such on-site inspections of the Development and to contact such persons or parties, whether Affiliated with Owner or not, and government agencies, local, state and federal, as OHFA deems necessary to confirm, from time to time, compliance with Code and the QAP of OHFA and the warranties, representations, and covenants contained herein, in the Application, or other filing with OHFA, in regard to Owner and the Development.
On-Site Inspections. The County Staff (or their designees) shall have the right to perform an on-site inspection of the Property at least one time per year after reasonable prior written notice to the Borrower. Borrower agrees to cooperate in such inspection.
On-Site Inspections. The State, Department or authorized representatives will conduct a review of the Project funded from this Contract, which may include on-site inspections, at a time that is satisfactory to the Department.
On-Site Inspections. The Department shall have the right to conduct on-site visits throughout the term of this Agreement.
On-Site Inspections. 1. The FCA does not intend to conduct any On-site Inspection of the Covered administrator as part of its monitoring of the ongoing compliance of the Covered Benchmarks with the requirements under BMR since the Equivalence Decision determines that the legal and supervisory arrangements of the jurisdiction of Australia ensure that Covered Benchmarks comply with legally binding requirements which are equivalent to the requirements of BMR, and that the binding requirements are subject to effective supervision and enforcement in Australia on an ongoing basis.
2. Given that the FCA, in respect of Covered Benchmarks, relies on the supervision and enforcement capabilities of the ASIC, which supervises and enforces compliance with the relevant Laws and Regulations, On-site Inspections by FCA officers will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and subject to the prior agreement of the ASIC.
3. In such exceptional circumstances, the Authorities should discuss and reach an understanding on the terms regarding an On-site Inspection by FCA officers, in particular with regard to the respective roles and responsibilities of the Authorities. The FCA will act in accordance with the following procedure before conducting an On-site Inspection:
a. the FCA will submit to the ASIC an initial written request with respect to the On- site Inspection. The request will include the factual and legal background to, the objective of, and an estimated time frame for, the On-site Inspection. The ASIC will acknowledge the receipt of the initial written request in writing within 10 working days of receipt; and
b. when establishing the scope of any proposed On-site Inspection by FCA officers, the FCA will consider the supervisory activities of the ASIC given the FCA's reliance on the supervision and enforcement capabilities of the ASIC in respect of Covered Benchmarks and will consider any information that was made available or is capable of being made available by the ASIC.
4. In the event of an On-site Inspection, the ASIC will assist the FCA in reviewing, interpreting and analysing the contents of public and non-public Books and Records and obtaining information from directors and senior management of a Covered Administrator. The ASIC may, at its discretion, accompany or assist the visiting the FCA officers during the On-site Inspection.
On-Site Inspections. In addition, the Commissioner reserves the right to make onsite inspections or to make other provisions to ensure that adequate safeguards are being maintained.
On-Site Inspections. At least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any warranty period for the Project, or for any applicable portion thereof, conduct at least one (1) on- site visit per appropriate portion to review and inspect all conditions to ensure that all equipment, materials, and workmanship continue to meet the requirements and performance expectations established by the Construction Documents and prepare and deliver to TFC a Warranty Report.
On-Site Inspections. Either party or its designee may evaluate the performance of this Agreement through on-site inspection to determine whether performance is in compliance with the standards set forth in this Agreement, and in compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
