Onsite Service. Dell will not dispatch a Dell Technician to replace Dell designated Customer Replaceable Units (CRU). Dell will not dispatch a Dell Technician for labour, only for service. Self Maintainers are entitled to replace Field Replaceable Units (FRU) and Customer Replaceable Units (CRU) based on the FTD Certification training but may request a Dell technician dispatch for FRU incidents. .

Onsite Service. Upon the issuance of a service request from a Call Center, Vsource will arrange for a technician to arrive at an End User's location to make diagnoses, make repairs and/or replace parts. Vsource will manage on a daily basis the status of each service request for actions taken, each service request that cannot be completed at an End User's location and parts consumption during the course of hardware resolution.
Onsite Service. When appropriate, on-site service from a certified hardware technician, with a service level of next business day.
Onsite Service. Orders The Contractor shall complete onsite service orders in a timely manner and ensure facilities, ground structures, and installed equipment and systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and function properly. The Contractor shall perform onsite service orders to repair deficiencies and return facilities, ground structures, and installed equipment and systems to normal working condition. Performance of onsite service orders is not required outside of Government regular working hours. Onsite Service orders are limited to a ceiling of 2 labor hours and $100 in material cost. Onsite Service Orders may be labor only, material only or labor and material as long the total dollar value of the service order is not exceeded. Onsite Service orders are to be responded to as soon as practical and before contractor exits the site.
Onsite Service. If Services necessitate Exigis personnel visiting Customer’s place of business, Customer shall, to the extent necessary for such visit, provide directly, or coordinate the provision of, at no expense to Exigis, temporary use of: (i) office space; (ii) telephone; (iii) internet connectivity; or (iv) copy facilities as required in the provision of Services. Exigis personnel visiting Customer’s premises shall comply with Customer’s standard visitor safety, security and related policies to the extent that Customer makes Exigis aware of such policies not less than forty‐eight (48) hours in advance of the visit.

  • Consultation Services The company hereby employs the consultant to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement: The consultant will consult with the officers and employees of the company concerning matters relating to the management and organization of the company, their financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment, and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the company.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Janitorial Service Landlord shall not be obligated to provide any janitorial services to the Premises or replace any light bulbs, lamps, starters and ballasts for lighting fixtures within the Premises. Tenant shall be solely responsible, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, for (i) performing all janitorial services, trash removal and other cleaning of the Premises, and (ii) replacement of all light bulbs, lamps, starters and ballasts for lighting fixtures within the Premises, all as appropriate to maintain the Premises in a first-class manner consistent with the first-class nature of the Building and Project. Such services to be provided by Tenant shall be performed by contractors and pursuant to service contracts approved by Landlord. Tenant shall deposit trash as reasonably required in the area designated by Landlord from time to time. All trash containers must be covered and stored in a manner to prevent the emanation of odors into the Premises or the Project. Landlord shall have the right to inspect the Premises upon reasonable notice to Tenant and to require Tenant to provide additional cleaning, if necessary. In the event Tenant shall fail to provide any of the services described in this Section 6.6 to be performed by Tenant within five (5) days after notice from Landlord, which notice shall not be required in the event of an emergency, Landlord shall have the right to provide such services and any charge or cost incurred by Landlord in connection therewith shall be deemed Additional Rent due and payable by Tenant upon receipt by Tenant of a written statement of cost from Landlord.

  • TELEPHONE SERVICE Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary:

  • Service Each Party further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by registered mail to its address set forth in Section 9.2.2 shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought against it under this Agreement in any such court.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • The Service Provider (a) shall take out and maintain, and shall cause any Subcontractors to take out and maintain, at its (or the Sub contractors', as the case may be)own cost but on terms and conditions approved by the Procuring Entity, insurance against the risks, and for the coverage, as shall be specified in the SCC; and
