Operation & Maintenance Plan. For all service contracts, Contractor is responsible to submit a Stormwater Operations and Maintenance Plan (O&M Plan). Before any services are preformed, the O&M Plan is required. Failure to comply will result in stoppage of work and liquidated damages may apply. Submit at copy of the Operation and Maintenance Plan to the Stormwater Division and the Department or Division requesting the service contract. Operation & Maintenance Plan. A. NEORSD will develop an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plan for maintenance of stream channel stability, physical habitat features for aquatic organisms and natural plantings that are part of the enhancement project. The plan will include guidance for the removal of existing dead and non-contributing trees, maintenance of the health and viability of remaining contributing trees, maintenance and repair of contributing walls, mowing of managed turf and naturalized areas within the project area, and removal of trash, debris and other impediments from the Xxxx Xxxxx channel. The FAA and the City of Cleveland will be afforded the opportunity to review the O&M Plan. The contractor is responsible for implementation of the O&M Plan for the first two (2) years after the project has been deemed “substantially complete” by NEORSD. The City of Cleveland is responsible for implementation of the O&M Plan after the initial two (2) years by the contractor.
Operation & Maintenance Plan. Property Owner has caused to be prepared a Permanent Stormwater Control Operation and Maintenance Plan (“OMP”), approved by City to ensure implementation and maintenance consistent with San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board NPDES permit requirements. The OMP describes employee training programs and duties, routine inspection, service and operating schedules, maintenance frequency, and specific maintenance activities. Property Owner shall include a copy of the OMP in the Project SWQMP; the final approved OMP is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by this reference.
