Contractor’s Responsibilities Development and maintenance of the following: • Scope management plan • Cost management plan • Risk management plan • Quality management plan • Human resource management plan • Schedule Management Plan • Communications plan • Closure approach • Change management plan State’s Responsibilities Review, comment and approve Location N/A The Contractor will develop a Project Work plan that will include the Work Breakdown Structure (hereinafter referred to as “WBS”), which decomposes the total project scope into smaller deliverable oriented components or work packages. The WBS is then sequenced in a Logic Network or Xxxxx Time Chart detailing which activity logically precedes or follows another. This determines critical paths and dependencies of work items throughout the project. The work packages are estimated to determine the overall project schedule as well as the specific resources necessary to complete each package. The Contractor shall maintain and update applicable portions of the Project Schedule no less than bi-weekly to reflect the current status of the Project with a comparison made to the Initial and Baseline Project Schedules. The Project Schedule shall be consistent with available State and contracted project resources. The State resources will be identified by the State and communicated to the Contractor prior to Schedule development. The State shall have direct electronic access to the Project Schedule as well as all Deliverables and working papers for immediate review and coordination of schedules and plans. Change Management Plan. 1.5.1 The Change Management Plan describes the process for managing project changes and modifications. The Change Management Plan will document the change communication process and the stakeholders who must receive the communication.
Change Management Plan. PWB Transition Plan regarding new roles and work assignments for PWB staff. Task 29 – Quality Assurance & Approvals - Install The purpose of this task is for the Contractor, in conjunction with PWB, to develop, implement, monitor, and provide feedback on a set of Quality Assurance KPIs for the Install Phase of the Project. A series of KPIs will be established in agreement with PWB to monitor the progress of this Phase of the Project.

a. The Contractor shall submit to the Department for review and approval a DED that shall, at a minimum, address the following:
i. Leveraging of the Stakeholder Analysis, Organizational Readiness Assessment and Analyses, Communication Plan, and the new Business Process-Aligned Organizational Model.
ii. Details to define, manage and reinforce the implementation of change.
iii. The change vision, change activities, communications, feedback processes, and progress tracking.
iv. The sequencing of change-related activities across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization to reflect the scope and depth of the change for each impacted group.
v. Metrics to reflect the strategic objectives, desired outcomes, the progression of change, and sustainment of changes.
vi. Implementation planning components that identify and include regular readiness reporting, readiness checklists, and go-live support activities for new module implementations; and
vii. Knowledge transfer planning components that will provide ongoing support for change management materials to State staff.
b. The Contractor shall implement the Change Management Plan. As directed by the Department, the Contractor shall transition the Change Management Plan to staff identified by the Department.
Change Management Plan. There are several categories of change that may occur during the course of the contract work as outlined in the change order checklist and the construction manual. Change management protocol and processes contained in the contract language (Section 1-04), the guidance contained in the Construction Manual Section 1-2, and the guidance contained in Regional Instructional Memos must be followed without exception. Change Management Plan. This includes the activities that the team will follow to apply the change in order to drive the transitions and ensure the Activity meets its intended outcomes. The Change management plan must identify many elements such as; communication management, stakeholders analysis, resistance management, project reviews, readiness assessments which includes organizational assessments, culture and history assessments, and employee assessments.
