Operational Formula to Ensure Staffing Availability. On-going recruiting is a way of life at TriOrb. We are constantly reaching out to individuals, reviewing their capabilities and adding them to our database of candidates. This allows us to have a list of qualified personnel in the pipeline when we need them rather than having to start looking once the need arises. As described above in section 2.1.1, we have already put together a list of personnel who could be assigned to this contract. We will continue to keep this list current and add individuals as we find and validate them. We will guarantee a backup applicant in our database for each position awarded.
