Other Compensation Provisions. Each member of the bargaining unit employed effective March 1, 2020 shall receive $500 as a one-time payment, effective March 1, 2020, dependent on ratification. All NTT bargaining unit faculty will be hired at no less than the following full-time equivalent salary floors (by title) effective Fall, 2020: NTT faculty with relevant terminal degree (see Article 8)
1. Assistant Teaching/Clinical Professor $31,500 ($1050 per workload unit)
2. Associate Teaching/Clinical Professor $33,000 ($1100 per workload unit)
3. Teaching/Clinical Professor $34,500 ($1150 per workload unit) All other NTT faculty
1. Instructor/Clinical Instructor $30,000 ($ 1000 per workload unit)
2. Lecturer/Clinical Lecturer $31,500 ($ 1050 per workload unit)
3. Senior Lecturer/Senior Clinical Lecturer $33,000 ($ 1100 per workload unit) No NTT faculty will return with less than their previous year’s salary, pro-rated by FTE. A NTT faculty member will not be paid less in future contracts for the same work performed in the same department, so long as there is not a lapse of greater than 12 consecutive months in department assigned work.
Other Compensation Provisions. During the course of the Employee’s engagement hereunder, the Employee will remain a partner of Xxxxx. As a partner of Xxxxx, Employee will share with Xxxxx a portion of his or her economic interest in any stock options or equity bonus that the Company may grant the Employee and may also share with Xxxxx a portion of any cash bonus and severance the Company may pay the Employee, to the extent specified in that certain Part Time Engagement Resources Agreement between the Company and Xxxxx (the “Resources Agreement”). The Company acknowledges and consents to such arrangement.

5.2.2 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payroll following execution of this Agreement.
5.2.3 Three (3) additional days for paid cross-training will be available for employees who have been involuntarily transferred.
5.2.4 Each new, regular employee will be placed on the Salary Schedule at the discretion of the District. Prior out of state and/or non-school district experience may be considered by the District in determining placement. Those who have worked in secretarial/clerical positions in public school districts in the state of Washington, will be credited with those years of experience for placement on the Salary Schedule. Employees must start on or before February 1 to be eligible for a step increase in September.

As a Partner of Xxxxx, Employee will share with Xxxxx a portion of his or her economic interest in any stock options or equity bonus that the Company may, in its discretion, grant the Employee and may also share with Xxxxx a portion of any cash bonus and severance the Company may, in its discretion, pay the Employee, but only to the extent specified in that certain Interim Engagement Resources Agreement between the Company and Xxxxx (the "Resources Agreement"). The Company acknowledges and consents to such arrangement. The Company will promptly reimburse the Employee directly for reasonable travel and out-of-pocket business expenses in accordance with the expense reimbursement policies and procedures of the Company and a per diem of $50.00. All reimbursement of expenses shall occur within 14 days of submission of expense reports to the Company. Reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses will include but not be limited to coach-class transportation to and from Minneapolis and Detroit on a weekly basis, a corporate apartment, access to a local health club agreeable to both the Company and the Employee, and local transportation.

The Parties acknowledge that said payroll is processed on a bi-weekly basis. Weekly salaries shall be rounded to the next highest dollar. Upon such time that the City either upgrades the current MUNIS payroll system or replaces it with a similar payroll system, the City shall implement an electronic online employee time and attendance system. Said system shall manage hours worked, vacation, sick and personal time.
