The "Other Stipends" clause defines the terms under which additional payments, separate from base salary or primary compensation, may be provided to a party. Other Stipends. 14.7.1 Unit members assigned to certain positions shall receive the annual stipend listed in §14.6.1 above or in Appendix A, in recognition of their being assigned to a position with workload expectations/impacts which exceed those associated with a regular teaching assignment.

The training or professional development must serve a district purpose/need, AND be related to current responsibilities. This must be approved by the Superintendent or his designee in advance. This will not be posted and will not be considered a posted vacancy.
