OVERTIME AWARD. 7.07.01 Overtime shall be awarded first by function within the classification, then by classification, subject to the employee having the necessary qualifications as determined by the Company, in order of seniority by time worked (time to be reset to zero each year).

OVERTIME AWARD. Through December 31, 2017, employees who, as of December 31st work at least 200 hours of overtime will receive an additional award of $500.00 (less applicable deductions), which shall be paid by the third pay period of the new year.

  • Sick Leave Incentive Effective September 1, 1986, employees covered by this Agreement, hired on or after October 1, 1977, who are not entitled to disability leave under State Statute R.C.W. 41.26, shall be eligible for the following sick leave incentive program:

  • Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Overtime/Compensatory Time Overtime shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of the regularly scheduled workday. Compensatory time may be earned, in lieu of overtime, for overtime hours or hours earned under 18.7 or 18.8 of this article. In no case will compensatory time be allowed, in lieu of overtime once the employee has reached the compensatory time limit in 18.10.

  • Overtime and Compensatory Time Because of the unique nature of the duties and emergency response obligations of the Division, management reserves the right to assign employees to work overtime as needed.

  • SHIFT BONUS 7:01 A day shift shall be a shift that commences after 4:30 a.m. and at or before 10:00 a.m. on the same day.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.
