Overtime Weekdays. 22.1. Overtime authorised by the Employer and worked by Employees including casuals shall be paid as follows: 22.2. Time off instead of payment for overtime (a) By agreement with the Employer, in lieu of receiving payment for overtime, the Employee may take time off for the period worked in excess of ordinary rostered hours of duty. (b) Overtime taken as time off during ordinary hours will be taken at the ordinary time rate, that is, an hour for each hour worked. (c) If on termination of an Employee’s employment, time off for overtime worked by an Employee has not been taken, the Employer must pay the Employee for the overtime at the overtime rate applicable to the overtime worked.

Overtime Weekdays time worked beyond the regular workday or beyond the regular work week shall be deemed to be overtime until a break of seven (7) hours occurs,, Overtime at one and one-half time will be paid for the first two (2) hours immediately following the termination of the regular work day. Double time shall be paid for any time worked the first two (2) hours following termination of .the regular work day. Providing the employee has been advised overtime work is required prior to the end of his regular work day, the return to work immediately after a granted meal break does not, call out and the meal break shall not be considered as working time.
Overtime Weekdays. All time worked by Employees in excess of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shall be considered to be overtime. The rate of pay for such overtime hours shall be paid at one and a half times the ordinary rate of pay for the first two hours on each day and double the ordinary rate pay for any time worked thereafter. All Employees must make themselves available to work a reasonable amount of time outside of ordinary hours.
Overtime Weekdays. All work performed in excess of eight (8) hours in one day, or in excess of forty (40) hours in any week, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) the regular straight time hourly rate. Except as referred to in section 5.1 (b).

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Overtime Holidays Double time the regular rate for work on the following holiday(s). New Year's Day

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday. (b) When the employee is scheduled off on a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule the employee off the paid holiday. (c) In the event of a scheduling conflict, 12.07 (a) will be the deciding provision.

  • Weekdays All work performed outside of the designated shift Monday through Friday shall be paid at time and one-half (1-1/2) the straight-time hourly wage rate.

  • Worked Holidays Employees who are required to work on the above-named holidays shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus double their base rate for all hours worked on such holiday, plus shift differential and Cost of Living Adjustment, if applicable, unless the employee starts to work at 10:00 P.M., or thereafter on that day.
