Ownership and Use of Information. 7.1 In addition to clause 10 (Ownership and Use of Data) of the Service Agreement, the Client shall not use the Data other than to meet the requirements as defined by the Data Subject, including but not limited to the provision of a Data Subject’s needs analysis and/or for the servicing of client product requirements with the Content Providers.
Ownership and Use of Information. 11.1 The Information contained in a Reply shall remain the sole property of the Data Subject and shall only not be used for any other purpose, except as authorized by the Data Subject.
11.2 The Authorised User, who requested the Information on behalf of the Data Subject shall be the only user of the Information contained in a Reply.

Vendor agrees and acknowledges that GP is the sole owner of all rights, including but not limited to the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in, and the content of, the Evaluation Process, the Security Requirements, the TEE Certification Process Document, each Certificate, Restricted Certificate and Report, and all other materials or information provided or otherwise made accessible to Vendor by GP in connection with the Evaluation Process, and each portion of the foregoing (the foregoing, collectively, “GP Materials”). Vendor agrees and acknowledges that Vendor may use and disclose GP Materials solely to the extent necessary for purposes of designing and producing the Product, requesting evaluation by GP, and otherwise participating in the Evaluation Process; provided, however, that GP hereby grants to Vendor a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license, which license shall terminate upon termination of this Agreement, to make copies of the Certificate and the Restricted Certificate, if any, only in quantities sufficient to inform Vendor's customers of the issuance of such Certificate or Restricted Certificate. Notwithstanding the foregoing: (a) so long as Vendor ensures that its Evaluation Reports are disclosed only to the GP Security Evaluation Secretariat, GP shall cause the GP Security Evaluation Secretariat not to disclose the Evaluation Reports to other representatives of GP or to third parties (including to GP’s member organizations), except with Vendor’s consent or as otherwise may be required by law; (b) Vendor agrees and acknowledges that GP may use and disclose the contents of the Evaluation Reports only for the purposes of (i) considering Vendor's request for evaluation or (ii) any other actions contemplated by this Agreement, the Certificate or the Restricted Certificate, if any, or the Evaluation Process; and (c) Vendor agrees and acknowledges that Vendor may use and disclose Reports only for the purposes of (i) requesting evaluation by GP and (ii) any other actions contemplated by this Agreement, the Certificate or the Restricted Certificate, if any, or the Evaluation Process. Ownership and Use of Information. (a) Cardholder-Specific Information will be owned by Heritage. Heritage hereby grants to NextCard a perpetual unrestricted license (i) during the term of this Agreement, to use the Cardholder-Specific Information for Program purposes, including but not limited to the servicing of the Accounts, and (ii) following the termination of this Agreement, unless NextCard purchases the Cardholder-Specific Information pursuant to Section 4.2(b) hereof, to use the Cardholder-Specific Information only for statistical and analytic purposes.
(b) NextCard and Heritage will own jointly the Program Information, and each party may use the Program Information for its own purposes; provided, that each party will treat any Program Information in its possession at any time as Confidential Information.
(c) Heritage and NextCard (i) acknowledge that the Program Information will be used by each of them to create certain analyses and statistical models that may have predictive value beyond the Program, and (ii) agree that such analyses and statistical models will be the sole and exclusive property of the party creating such analyses and statistical models and will be treated as Confidential Information. NextCard represents and warrants to Heritage that no such analyses or statistical models will include information that is identified with any specifically identifiable Cardholder.

We acknowledge that any Information that is posted through the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System is owned either by the government agency that issued the Information or by PS-DBM. We also agree that PhilGEPS may use, store, copy, or reproduce the Information, or distribute or disclose it to any third party as it may deem necessary. We also agree that PhilGEPS may sell to any third party or make available for purpose of resale to any third party, any Information contained therein without the prior written consent of the Buyer or Agency.

MMP agrees and acknowledges that Scheme Operator is the sole owner of all rights, including but not limited to the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in, and the content of, the Assessment Process, and all other materials or information provided or otherwise made accessible to MMP by Scheme Operator or the Assessment Company in connection with the Assessment Process (the foregoing, collectively, “Scheme Operator Materials”). MMP agrees and acknowledges that MMP may use and disclose Scheme Operator Materials solely to the extent necessary for purposes of this Agreement and the Assessment.
7.2. Scheme Operator acknowledges and agrees MMP is the sole owner of all rights, including but not limited to the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in, and the content of, all information provided to the Assessment Company or the Scheme Operator as part of or in connection with the Assessment Process (the foregoing, collectively, “MMP Materials”). Scheme Operator agrees and acknowledges that Scheme Operator may use and disclose MMP Materials solely to the extent necessary for purposes of this Agreement and the Assessment.
Ownership and Use of Information. 24.1 The Service Provider confirms that all records and reports pertaining to the Services to be rendered to SARS in terms of this Agreement will remain the sole property of SARS with the exception of confidential medical records.
24.2 At the request of SARS, and subject to Applicable Law, the Service Provider shall make available all relevant records and reports pertaining to the Services within a reasonable period, but not exceeding seven (7) days from date of request, unless otherwise specified.

Within [xx weeks] of the entry into effect of this Agreement, or within [xx week] after joining the Consortium subsequently to the entry into effect of this Agreement, all Members shall make available to the Consortium Manager a list of their Existing Studies and a hard or electronic copy of either the robust study summaries or the full reports of these Studies. The Consortium Manager shall make a list of these Studies and shall make the necessary arrangements for the review of these studies by the Technical [/Steering] Committee(s).
2. Any intellectual property or ownership rights to any existing Information independently developed by a Member and made available to the Members in accordance with this Agreement shall remain unaffected by this Agreement. The other Members shall have for an indefinite period of time a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-terminable right to use the Information for [REACH purposes only / any regulatory purposes], including the right to refer to the full Study report [and only for the Substances / and including for REACH read-across purposes], provided that they share in its cost in accordance with the cost allocation method agreed upon under section X and Annex 4 of this Agreement. The Study made available by a Member or a third party to other Members may not be sub-licensed or otherwise made available to third parties without prior written approval of the Member who provided the Study.
3. Any Information generated or developed jointly by the Members in accordance with this Agreement shall be owned jointly by the Members provided that the individual Members have contributed to the costs thereof in accordance with the cost allocation method set out in Article X and Annex 4 of this Agreement. Each of the joint owners shall obtain a copy of the full Study report. The Information referred to in the first sentence may be used by the Members who have contributed to the costs thereof for [REACH purposes only / any regulatory purposes] and shall not for the period of 12 years from the date of initial submission to the Agency be sold, licensed or otherwise made available to third parties by any Member without prior written approval of [all/ majority of 2/3 / other] remaining owners who have financially contributed to the costs thereof unless otherwise agreed by the Members.

We agree that we will not use, store, copy, or reproduce the Information, or distribute or disclose it to any third party, except for the sole purpose of having such third party assist us in evaluating an opportunity or preparing a response to an opportunity. We agree that we will not sell to any third party, or make available for the purpose of resale to any third party, any Information received from the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System without the prior written consent of PS- DBM.
