PAID LEAVE ENTITLEMENTS. (1) Where the University grants paid leave pursuant to The University of Western Australia Academic Staff Agreement 2010 to a clinical academic, an Employer shall likewise approve paid leave under the same terms, provided the Employer is given reasonable notice of the granting of such leave.
