Paramedic Preceptor. An employee assigned by the Fire Chief or the Fire Chief’s designee (i.e., Deputy Chief or EMS Coordinator if approved by the Deputy Chief) to perform the duties of paramedic preceptor shall be paid $145 a month or a prorated amount for any part of the month that he/she performs the duties of a paramedic preceptor.

Paramedic Preceptor. Effective and retroactive to October 1, 2021 and upon legislative approval, the Firearms and Paramedic Preceptor Instructional stipend payments shall be three hundred twenty-five dollars ($325). Employees who have been certified as such instructors and receiving the stipend prior to 6/30/08 shall retain the stipend unless such certification lapses. Effective 7/01/08 expansion of the stipend to other employees obtaining such certifications shall be paid only to those employees designated by the Agency to perform the instructional duties of Field training Officer, Firearms Instructor or Paramedic Preceptor. This payment shall be issued on or about October 1 of each contract year. Effective and retroactive to October 1, 2021 and upon legislative approval, the Field Training Officer (FTO) stipend shall increase to $1,000. Commencing October 1, 2019, this payment shall be made in quarterly installments.
Paramedic Preceptor. Permanent full-time bargaining unit members who are certified as Paramedic Preceptors and who train Paramedic Trainees shall receive this pay, when assigned and performing training duties only. Firefighter When certified as Paramedic Preceptors and trains Paramedic Trainees. 10% top step Firefighter base hourly rate per diem.
Paramedic Preceptor. For each paramedic student assigned to the Lake Zurich Fire Department the department shall assign a primary and secondary paramedic preceptor. See Appendix B pay schedule. Paramedic Preceptor. If available, there shall be a Paramedic Preceptor assigned for each Whatcom Medic One recognized Paramedic student authorized by the Chief to complete field internship with the Bellingham Fire Department. Paramedic Preceptors so assigned shall be compensated as set forth in Article 42 and Appendix B. This premium shall be paid for the duration of a paramedic class to include field internship. All front line Paramedics are eligible to apply for Preceptor positions, with preceptor(s) selected based on qualifications as determined by the Chief. Preceptor pay shall be in addition to Paramedic Premium and Longevity.

  • Preceptor A per diem Registered Nurse 2 may serve as a preceptor after successfully completing a preceptor workshop or equivalent documented training and agreeing to and being appointed to be specifically responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating the new skill development of one or more RNs as appropriate enrolled in a defined orientation program, the parameters of which have been set forth in writing by the Employer. This includes teaching, clinical supervision, role modeling, feedback, evaluation (verbal and written) and follow up of the new or transferring employee. The per diem RN 2 preceptor is eligible to receive preceptor premium pay when actually engaged in preceptor role responsibilities with/on behalf of the orienting RN. A per diem RN 2 substituting for the original preceptor during a period of absence and who has been designated to carry out the preceptor's complete responsibility (including following and/or adjusting the plan to meet learning needs and providing oral and written evaluation input) will receive preceptor pay. A preceptor may be assigned to a student when it is determined by the Employer that the employee has completed the required preceptor training or has agreed to and been appointed a preceptor. The employee is specifically responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating the new skill development of the student as appropriately enrolled in a defined program, the parameters of which have been set forth in writing by the Employer. This includes teaching, clinical supervision, role modeling, feedback, evaluation (verbal and written) and follow up of the student.

  • Curriculum Vitae (a) The Chief Librarian shall maintain a curriculum vita for each Librarian. It is the Librarian’s responsibility to ensure that the curriculum vita on file is kept current. Members shall prepare their curriculum vita with the advice and assistance of their Chief Librarian. Members may revise their curriculum vita at any time.
