Parents combined entitlement. 11.2.1 After twelve months continuous service, the parents are entitled to a combined total of 52 weeks unpaid parental leave on a shared basis in relation to the birth or adoption of their child less an amount equal to the total amount of related ’authorised leave’ taken:
