Common use of Part-Time and Casual Employees Clause in Contracts

Part-Time and Casual Employees. On each day of work, part-time and casual employees will receive - • one twenty minute paid rest pause when more than four hours and less than eight hours are worked; or • an aggregate period of thirty minutes for the purpose of paid rest pauses when more than eight hours are worked.

Part-Time and Casual Employees. On each day of work, part-time and casual employees will receive - • receive: (a) one twenty ten minute paid rest pause when two or more than four hours and less than eight hours are worked; or • an aggregate period ; (b) Part-time employees will receive two 10 minute rest pauses each day at a time determined by management to suit operational requirements; (c) A meal break of thirty minutes for duration will be taken on each day between the purpose of paid rest pauses when more than eight hours are workedfourth and sixth hour worked at a time designated by the employer to suit operational requirements.

On each day of work, part(a) Part-time and casual employees Casual Employees who work a minimum of four (4) consecutive ordinary hours but less than seven and one half (7.5) consecutive ordinary hours on any one (1) day will receive - • one twenty minute paid a rest pause when more than four hours of ten (10) minutes’ duration. (b) Part-time and less than eight hours are worked; or • an aggregate Casual Employees who work a minimum of seven and one half (7.5) consecutive Ordinary Hours (excluding the meal break) on any one (1) day will receive a rest pause of ten (10) minutes’ duration in the first and second halves of the period of thirty minutes for the purpose of paid rest pauses when more than eight hours are worked.
