Common use of PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES. (a) On each pay cheque, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four decimal six percent (4.6%) of their earnings in lieu of Named Holiday benefits.

PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES. (a) On each pay chequeperiod, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four decimal six point two percent (4.64.2%) of their earnings in lieu of Named Holiday benefits.

PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES. (a) On each pay chequeperiod, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four decimal six five percent (4.65%) of their earnings in the last four (4) weeks in lieu of Named Holiday benefits.

PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES. (a) On each pay cheque, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four decimal six percent (4.6%) five point zero percent (5.0%) of their earnings in lieu of Named Holiday benefits.

Effective upon ratification, such amount shall increase to five percent (5.0%).
