Common use of PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES. (a) On each pay period, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four point two percent (4.2%) of their earnings in lieu of Named Holiday benefits.

PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES. (a) On each pay periodcheque, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four point two six percent (4.24.6%) of their earnings in lieu of Named Holiday benefits.

PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES. (a) On each pay period, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four point two five percent (4.25%) of their earnings in the last four (4) weeks in lieu of Named Holiday benefits.

(a) On each pay periodcheck, Part-time, Temporary part time temporary and Casual Employees casual employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four point two six percent (4.24.6%) of their earnings in lieu of Named Holiday named holiday benefits.

(a) On each pay periodcheque, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four point two six percent (4.24.6%) of their earnings in lieu of Named Holiday benefits. Effective upon ratification, such amount shall increase to five percent (5.0%).

PART-TIME, TEMPORARY AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES. (a) On each pay periodcheque, Part-time, Temporary and Casual Employees shall be paid, in addition to their earnings, four point two decimal six percent (4.24.6%) five point zero percent (5.0%) of their earnings in lieu of Named Holiday benefits.
