Pavilion. The Pavilion shall be that area depicted on the drawing attached to this Agreement. The User shall not permit its guests, invitees, agents or contractors to enter upon or use any other portion of WLGC property and shall provide adequate oversight to restrict use of the Pavilion.

A utility fee may be assessed if using lights in pavilion or barn No pets in pavilion No alcohol on premises No chewing gum left behind No tobacco products in pavilion No fires of any kind for cooking or otherwise unless granted by the Board of Selectmen or Recreation Commission for a special event Only drinking water, sports drinks or other drinks approved by the Recreation Commission or Board of Selectmen for a special event All users of the pavilion must pick up their own debris from drink bottles or snacks and dispose of in rubbish cans in the park or take out of the park and dispose. Users of pavilion must park their vehicles in the area near the parking lot near the pavilion, not on areas that have “no parking signs”.

Pavilion. Tables and chairs are available for your use. All tables and chairs will be cleaned and put away by the renter after the event. Xxxxxx House has (7) 8 ft rectangular tables, (6) 6 ft rectangular tables, and (6) 5 ft round tables. Folding chairs and banquet chairs are available. Xxxxxx House has white chairs covers for the folding and banquet style chairs for an additional fee. If you are expecting over 130 guests, additional tables and chairs must be rented from an outside rental agency. We can recommend companies as needed. Xxxxxx House does have a complete sound system for rent at $250.00. We only provide training and do not provide a DJ or someone to run the system. The wedding party is responsible for procuring a person to run the rented sound system or they can provide their own DJ with his/her equipment they have retained. Equipment must be returned to proper place upon completion of use. Upon satisfactory inspection, you will receive a $150 refund. We can
Pavilion. (i) is a Delaware general partnership, duly organized and validly existing and has complied with all conditions prerequisite to its doing business in the State of Texas and (ii) has all requisite power and all governmental certificates of authority, licenses, permits, qualifications and documentation to own, lease and operate its properties and to carry on its business as now being, and as proposed to be, conducted.
Pavilion. 5.1. The BSCC may use the Pavilion between the hours of 9am to 10pm on any day for changing, toilets, and shower facilities, to make teas, and for ad hoc committee and other meetings. For specific events the hours may be extended beyond these hours. In any event any social activity must comply with the current premises licence issued by the Borough Council. Any proposed changes to the premises licence shall be agreed with the Committee. 5.2. The BSCC shall manage the day to day operation of the Pavilion on behalf of the Committee to include:- 5.2.1. Responsibility for internal decoration and repair. Any significant change shall be agreed with the Committee. 5.2.2. Responsibility for providing cleaning materials compatible with the septic tank and maintenance of all internal areas, changing rooms, kitchen and toilets to a satisfactory standard of cleanliness. 5.2.3. Responsibility for providing toilet rolls, hand towels and soap. 5.2.4. Responsibility for the insurance for the contents of the pavilion.
