Pay for Senior Capacity. When an employee covered by this Agreement is requested or appointed to accept the responsibilities and carry out the duties incident to a position which is senior to the position which he or she normally holds in accordance with Article 16.04, Sections (b), (c) and (d), the employee shall be paid at the minimum rate of the new salary range or the rate which is the closest step to 8% above the employees current salary rate, whichever is greater, but not more than the top of the new salary range. Appointments of employees to a level of higher responsibility must be authorized in writing.

Pay for Senior Capacity. Except as provided in below, temporary appointments to a higher position must be authorized in writing by the Department Head and approved by the Municipal Manager. When an Employee is appointed to temporarily accept the responsibilities and to carry out the duties incident to a position which is senior to the position which the Employee normally holds, the Employee shall be paid for every day the duties of the senior position are carried out at the minimum rate in the scale for such senior position which represents an increase over the Employee's normal rate. Except where circumstances prevent prior approval being granted, acting pay has to be approved to the actual work being carried out and further that, except in terms of longer than two (2) weeks duration, payment will be made after the term has been completed. In cases where an Employee is appointed to an acting for longer than two (2) weeks the adjustment will be paid two (2) weeks in arrears.

  • Contract Capacity The generation capability designated for the Project shall be the contract capacity in MW designated in the Cover Sheet, net of all auxiliary loads, station electrical uses, and Electrical Losses (the “Contract Capacity”). Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall sell and deliver all Product produced by the Project solely to Buyer. In no event shall Buyer be obligated to receive, in any Settlement Interval, any Surplus Delivered Energy. Seller shall not receive payment for any Surplus Delivered Energy.   • Acting Capacity ‌ When an employee is assigned temporarily to a job for which he/she is qualified in a higher pay grade for a period of five (5) days or his/her regular workweek, whichever is less, the employee shall be paid retroactively from the initial date of the temporary transfer for the duration of the temporary assignment.   • Maximum Capacity The Sick Leave Bank shall accumulate unused Bank days from year to year to a maximum capacity which shall not exceed double the number of eligible employees as defined in the above Section C, Eligibility for Membership.

  • PERFORMING AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM AGENCY’S TERMINATION COSTS If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Performing Agency shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Performing Agency. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Performing Agency’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

  • Grantee Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Grant Agreement for cause, the Grantee shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Grantee. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute grantee and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Xxxxxxx’s failure to perform any work in accordance with the terms of the Grant Agreement.
