PAYMENTS BY HIRER. The Hirer shall pay to Wendekreisen the hire charges specified on page 1, the relevant insurance costs pursuant to clauses 10 and 11, all petrol or other fuel (but not oil) used in the vehicle during the period of hire, and all other actual or consequential liability arising from this agreement. Wendekreisen cannot accept cash payments. All payments must be made by Bank Transfer, EFTPOS or VI/MC Card.

PAYMENTS BY HIRER. 5.1 The hirer shall pay to the owner: (a) the rental charges for the hire of the vehicle for each day the vehicle is in the hirer’s possession. A surcharge may apply if the hirer or any authorised driver is under 22 years of age; (b) the insurance excess specified in the Rental Agreement or the excess waiver amount on a per incident basis, payable at the commencement of the hire period and on the date of every accident or incident of loss or damage thereafter. Each subsequent excess waiver payment shall be proportionate to the number of days remaining of the hire period; and (c) any penalties relating to freedom camping, parking and/or traffic offences specific to the period of hire together with an administration fee of $75.00 in respect of each infringement. (d) any penalties relating to the late collection, or return of the vehicle or any penalties where the vehicle has been returned to a location which is not agreed within the rental agreement. (e) an insurance documentation processing fee of $50 when a vehicle is damaged and insurance has been exercised (excluding windscreen damage). Any payment under clause 5.1(b) or 5.1(c) can be deducted from the hirer’s security deposit or transacted directly on the hirer’s credit card. 5.2 Where there is more than one hirer, each hirer is jointly and severally liable for all obligations of the hirer pursuant to this Agreement. 5.3 The hirer will be liable for a late payment penalty of 10% (compounded daily) of the total amount due to the owner, together with any costs incurred in respect of collection of the amount due (including but not limited to legal costs, administration and debt collection costs). Such penalty will begin to accrue on the expiry of 14 days from the due date for payment.
PAYMENTS BY HIRER. 5.1 The Hirer will pay the amount of the rental payments (plus GST at the rate current from time to time) set out in the Principal Terms. Unless agreed in writing otherwise, all rental payments will be made monthly in advance with the first payment being due on the date of the Agreement and thereafter on the corresponding date in each subsequent month. 5.2 All amounts payable by the Hirer under the Agreement must be paid in full on the date due, in cleared funds and to the bank account specified by the Provider from time to time. The Hirer may not deduct or withhold any amount (whether by way of set- off, counterclaim or otherwise) from any money owing to the Provider. 5.3 If the Hirer fails to comply with these terms of payment, then (without prejudice to any other remedies that the Provider may have) the Hirer will pay interest to the Provider at 2% per month calculated day to day for the period that the default continues on for the total of the rental payment that is overdue. 5.4 If: • the Hirer breaches or otherwise fails to perform any of its obligations under the Agreement; or • the Provider considers it reasonably necessary or desirable to pay any money or incur any expenses (whether in respect of the repossession of any Equipment or otherwise) in order to protect its interest under the Agreement, then the Provider may, without affecting any other rights it may have, perform such obligation, pay such money, or incur such expenses and any moneys reasonably paid or expenses reasonably incurred by the Provider for such purposes will be payable by the Hirer to the Provider upon demand by the Provider.
PAYMENTS BY HIRER. The Hirer agrees to pay on demand all of the following charges (whether or not charges are detailed on the front of this Agreement): as payment for the hire of the vehicle all charges at the rates detailed on the front of this Agreement for each 24-hour period (or part thereof) commencing from vehicle check-out time as specified in this Agreement;

Payments for the rental are always made cash upon arrival or by bank transfer to our USD account in Kampala Uganda, or Visa credit card 7 days before the start of the rental with the extra bank Sur charge (4%). In addition to the payment specified in section (2) (a) above, the Hirer acknowledges that she/he will be liable at the end of the hire period to pay the Operator any applicable additional charges that may raise in the time of the rental, these may include charges for extra days used, late return contrary to the time agreed with operator’s agent, damage to or repair of the Vehicle (subject to the other terms of this Agreement) like traffic fines, fines and toll charges and border crossing exit confirmation fines. The fuel / oil expense will be met by the hirer of the vehicle during the period of hire.
PAYMENTS BY HIRER. The Hirer shall pay to the Owner as payment for the hire of the vehicle for the period of hire referred to on page 1 of this agreement the sum as specified in this agreement. In addition the Hirer shall pay to Wendekreisen the sum specified in this agreement for the insurance cover set out in clause 9 & 10 of this agreement. The Hirer shall pay for all petrol or other fuel such as LPG gas (but not oil) used in the vehicle during the period of hire. The Hirer shall be liable for bond deductions as set out in clause 11, 13 & 14 of this agreement. Wendekreisen cannot accept cash payments. All payments must be made by Bank Transfer, EFTPOS or VI/MC Card.
PAYMENTS BY HIRER. The hirer shall pay the owner the hire amount specified in the Rental Document; and authorizes the owner to charge all amounts payable by the hirer to this account. The “hirer's account” means a nominated debit card, credit card, or pre- arranged charge account.
