Payroll Changes. If changes occur to the State of Minnesota payroll system that place one or more of the provisions below outside of its operational ability, the parties will meet and negotiate on any changes necessary to bring this Article within the operational ability of the State of Minnesota payroll system and to meet the information needs of MSCF.

Payroll Changes. Where it is necessary to alter time cards or trip sheets resulting in a reduction of payment of wages, the supervisor must notify the affected employee at the time of change unless it would result in delaying the processing of payroll. Payroll Changes. County initiated changes in an Employee’s payroll, pay checks, logged hours of work, identified OT assignments or timecards shall be addressed with the bargaining unit member before any change takes effect through written notice, e-mail or discussion. If the employee does not respond or make the requested changes, the Employer is authorized to make the change consistent with the contract, with the Employee retaining their right in these matters to the grievance procedure.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.
