Performance Management and Monitoring a. If required by NAFC the Contractor will participate in a performance management and monitoring program specific to the Services. b. The performance management and monitoring program will provide a means of assessment of Contractor performance and of determining if the Contractor is maintaining a Service that is at or above the standard specified by this Contract. The program will provide Information to the Contractor, NAFC and the Members regarding the performance of the Contractor in delivering Services under this Contract. c. In the performance management and monitoring program particular attention will be paid to the Contractor’s record keeping. d. The Contractor acknowledges and accepts that the summary results of the performance management and monitoring program may be published by NAFC.

Performance Management and Monitoring. The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in Schedule 7 (Performance Management) to this Contract including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the LHB may require the Contractor to produce under this Contract.
Performance Management and Monitoring a. The Contractor must provide the Services so as to meet or exceed the Performance Measures specified in the Participation Deed. b. In addition to and without limiting any other right it has under this Contract, AFAC and the Members reserve their right to take into account the extent to which the Contractor has met or exceeded, or failed to meet or comply with the Performance Measures when determining to take any action in accordance with other rights under this Contract. c. At the request of AFAC or a Member, the Contractor will participate in an active performance management monitoring and review program specific to the Services. i. The performance management and monitoring program will provide a means of assessment of Contractor performance and of determining if the Contractor is delivering the Service at or above the standard specified by this Contract. ii. Representatives of the Members, AFAC, and the Contractor’s Contract Manager and any other appropriate representatives of the Contractor may meet during the Term to review the performance of the Contractor's obligations under this Contract. d. The Contractor’s performance against the Performance Measures and the terms and conditions of this Contract may be measured and reported from time to time by AFAC or the Members. The Contractor acknowledges that the results of any performance review meeting or management and monitoring program under this clause may be made available by AFAC to the Members or may be made available by any Member to any other Member. e. In general, the Contractor must: i. monitor its performance against the Performance Measures; ii. ensure that it is able to detect and mitigate against any failure to meet the Performance Measures; and iii. investigate each failure to meet a Performance Measure which has (or may have had) an adverse effect on the Services.
Performance Management and Monitoring. 8.1. For the purposes of monitoring and managing performance under this Agreement the Parties shall respectively appoint the Client’s Performance Representative and the Service Provider’s Performance Representative (each a “Performance Representative” for the purposes of this Clause 8). It shall be the responsibility of the Performance Representatives to ensure that the Services are provided in accordance with the Service Levels and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 8.2. The provision of the Services in accordance with the Service Levels shall be monitored by the Service Provider’s Performance Representative in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3. 8.3. All data collected by the Performance Representative(s) pursuant to this Clause 8 and Schedule 3 shall be presented in monthly Performance Reports to be prepared by the Service Provider. 8.4. Performance Reports shall be submitted within the time period specified in Schedule 3, to the Client’s Representative and the Service Provider’s Representative for consideration and agreement upon appropriate action to be taken (where relevant) during meetings to be held in accordance with sub-Clause 7.1.

(d) The Supplier acknowledges that the results of any performance management and monitoring program may be made available by NSW RFS to its Nominees.

The Pharmacy Contractor will ensure at least 85% of 4 week and 12 week quits are supported by an carbon monoxide reading of 10 parts per million or less 3. The Pharmacy Contractor will ensure at least 85% of 4 week and 12 week quits are supported by an carbon monoxide reading of 10 parts per million or less. 4. If the Pharmacy Contractor is delivering + or – 25% of the agreed 4 week quits after the first 6 months, the Client’s Director will discuss with the Pharmacy Con- tractor and agree an amended agreed number of 4 week quits.

Performance Management and Monitoring. In compliance with Section 46(1) of the Systems Act and Section 5 of the Municipal Public Private Partnership Regulations published in terms of the MFMA, the Municipality will monitor the performance of the Contractor on an on-going basis and prepare an annual performance report of the Contract by June of each year to form part of the Municipality’s annual report for the duration of the Contract. The Contractor’s performance in respect of the Services will be monitored and evaluated in terms of the Performance Monitoring System set out in Annexure 4 hereto including the penalties that would apply in respect of unsatisfactory performance by the Contractor.

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative. 17.2 The Contractor will ensure that there will be dedicated resources to enable the smooth running of the Framework Agreement and a clear plan of contacts at various levels within the Contractor's organisation. Framework Public Bodies may look to migrate to this Framework Agreement as and when their current contractual arrangements expire. The Contractor will where necessary assign additional personnel to this Framework Agreement to ensure agreed service levels are maintained and to ensure a consistent level of service is delivered to all Framework Public Bodies. 17.3 In addition to annual meetings with the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager, the Contractor is expected to develop relationships with nominated individuals within each of the Framework Public Bodies to ensure that the level of service provided on a local basis is satisfactory. Where specific problems are identified locally, the Contractor will attempt to resolve such problems with the nominated individual within that organisation. The Authority's Strategic Contract Manager will liaise (or meet as appropriate) regularly with the Framework Public Bodies' Contract Manager, and where common problems are identified, it will be the responsibility of the Contractor to liaise with the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager to agree a satisfactory course of action. Where the Contractor becomes aware of a trend that would have a negative effect on one or more of the Framework Public Bodies, they should immediately notify the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager to discuss corrective action. 17.4 Regular meetings, frequency to be advised by Framework Public Body, will be held between the Framework Public Bodies' Contract Manager and the Contractor's representative to review the performance of their Call-Off Contract(s) under this Framework Agreement against the agreed service levels as measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Reports will be provided by the Contractor to the Framework Public Bodies' Contract Manager at least 14 days prior to the these meetings. 17.5 Performance review meetings will also be held annually, between the Authority's Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor's representative to review the performance of the Framework Agreement against the agreed service levels as measured through Key Performance Indicators. A summary of the quarterly reports will be provided by the Contractor at least 14 days prior to these meetings. 17.6 The Authority will gather the outputs from contract management to review under the areas detailed in the table below. Provision of management reports 90% to be submitted within 10 working days of the month end Report any incident affecting the delivery of the Service(s) to the Framework Public Body 100% to be reported in writing to FPB within 24 hours of the incident being reported by telephone/email Prompt payment of sub-contractors and/or consortia members (if applicable).
