This fee is in addition to any other fees assessed by NPC/Bank or the Card Organizations and will be processed separately from the chargeback. Issuers may collect this fee on each submission of the chargeback for certain Merchant Industry types. Industry types excluded from the handling fee must be processed with the appropriate codes to avoid such fee. Brick and mortar Merchants will be assessed any applicable monthly recurring charges, including but not limited to the Monthly Minimum charge stated in this Part 7 of the Application, once their terminal is capable of accepting charges; Internet Merchants will be assessed recurring monthly charges, including but not limited to the Monthly Minimum charge stated in Part 7 of the Application, upon approval of their Application regardless of the operational status of their website. 1This fee is assessed monthly for certain terminal applications which require specialized support and licensing. Please contact your NPC Account Representative for additional details. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason prior to the expiration of the then current term, you will be subject to a $250.00 Early Deconversion Fee as set forth in the Agreement. You agree to pay us an Account Administration Fee of $25.00, or our then current rate, for administrative services, including but not limited to changing your Settlement Account information or processing returned ACH items. Other non-reoccurring charges or additional special fees may be charged to your account as permitted within the attached Agreements.

  • Service Options The following features may be included with Customer Service. Description of Service feature herein in no way entitles customer to feature. Features described below may have additional cost associated with them.

  • Types of Services This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical interconnection services and facilities), meet point billing by GTE to DTI or by DTI to GTE and the transport and termination and billing of Local, IntraLATA Toll, optional EAS traffic and jointly provided Interexchange Carrier Access between GTE and DTI.   • Performance of Products and Services The Contractor acknowledges that only Project Persons shall perform the Products and Services under this Agreement.

  • Service Types Where you are funded for more than one service type under this Activity, and you have met the requirements within one of these service areas, you may shift all or part of any remaining funds to another service type you support under this Activity. You must advise us of resource attributions annually through the Activity Work Plan Report as detailed in Item E.

  • Notice and Service Thereof 1.5.1 Any notice from one party to the other or otherwise under the Contract Documents shall be in writing and shall be dated and signed by the party giving notice or by a duly authorized representative of that party. Notice shall not be effective for any purpose whatsoever unless served in one of the following manners:

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
