Common use of Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Personal Leave. Subject to operational requirements as determined by the Employer, and with an advance notice of at least five (5) working days, the employee shall be granted, in each fiscal year, up to fifteen (15) hours of leave with pay for reasons of a personal nature. The leave will be scheduled at times convenient to both the employee and the Employer. Nevertheless, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to grant the leaves at such times as the employee may request.

Denials of leave requests will not be subject to both the employee and the Employer. (a) Subject to operational requirements as determined by the Employer, Employer and with an advance notice of at least five (5) working days, the employee a full-time Employee shall be granted, in each fiscal year, up to fifteen three (153) hours days of leave with pay for reasons of a personal nature. The leave will be scheduled at times convenient to both the employee and the Employer. Nevertheless, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to grant the leaves leave at such times as the employee may request.

Personal Leave. Subject to operational requirements as determined by the Employer, Employer and with an advance notice of at least five (5) working days, the employee shall be granted, in each fiscal year, a single period of up to fifteen seven and one-half (157½) hours of leave with pay for reasons in the case of employees who work a personal nature. The leave will be regularly scheduled at times convenient thirty seven and one-half (37½) hour work week, or a single period of up to both the employee and the Employer. Nevertheless, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to grant the leaves at such times as the employee may request.eight

Personal Leave. Nevertheless, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to grant the leaves leave at such times time as the employee may request.

Subject to operational requirements as determined by the Employer, Corporation and with an advance notice of at least five (5) working days, the employee shall be granted, in each fiscal year, up to fifteen one (151) hours day of leave with pay for reasons of a personal nature. The leave will be scheduled at times convenient to both the employee and the EmployerCorporation. Nevertheless, . the Employer Corporation shall make every reasonable effort to grant the leaves leave at such times time as the employee may request.
