Personal License. The above described license is personal to the Buyer, nontransferable and nonexclusive.
Personal License. The FRANCHISEE will not have the right to franchise, subfranchise, license or sublicense its rights under this Agreement. The FRANCHISEE will not assign or transfer its rights under this Agreement, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement.
Personal License. ED expressly acknowledges and agrees that the license granted hereunder is personal to ED alone and ED shall have no right to sublicense, assign or otherwise transfer or share its rights under the foregoing license.
Personal License. The sole right granted to the Licensee under this Software License is the right to use the Software. The Software License is personal to the Licensee, for its own internal use, and is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
Personal License license permits the usage of the provided Font Software for non- commercial work. If you choose and pay for this license category during checkout, you may use the Font Software as stated in this section. Upon our receipt of the applicable payment, Vectro grants you a nonexclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, and nonassignable license to use the Font Software as stated in this section. You may use the Font Software on social media, websites, documents, student work, and other personal uses, as long as there is no financial motivation or reward for the project. Businesses and organizations are not permitted to purchase a personal license, and must purchase a commercial license, even if the usage does not have a direct financial value. The following uses of Font Software are expressly prohibited without a separate license from Vectro and are not included in the commercial license, personal license, or student license:
Personal License. Personal license is granted to individuals only. Thus personal license can not be granted to legal entities. You may:
(i) install and use up to 3 copies of the Software simultaneously;
(ii) enable profiling in any number of applications simultaneously, running them with the profiler agent;
(iii) make one copy of the Software for archival purposes;
(iv) deactivate (uninstall) an existing copy in order to install a new copy on another machine. Within the support period, YourKit will do its best to fulfill the deactivation request in a timely manner. After the support period has ended, you may deactivate an existing copy not sooner than 24 hours after the previous successful deactivation; You may not:
(v) allow other persons use the copies of the Software activated with your license key;
(vi) sell, redistribute, encumber, give, lend, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software, or any portions of the Software, to anyone without the prior written consent of YourKit;
(vii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software;
(viii) install and run the Software from a network server. For exceptions or modifications to this Agreement, please contact YourKit.
Personal License. 10.1 The license herein granted is personal to Licensee and Licensee shall not assign, part with or sublet any interest in it or grant any right under it to any third party without ATML's prior written consent, provided that Licensee assignment to an acquirer of substantially all of Licensee's assets, stock or business shall not require ATML's consent, except to Licensee's assignment to a direct competitor of ATML. In the event of a sale or merger of the Licensee to a direct competitor of ATML, ATML will in principal be prepared to negotiate a license with the acquiring company under similar terms and conditions as in this agreement, provided that the use of such Licensed Technology is in the core business market of the Licensee as defined in Schedule 2. Such agreement with the acquiring company will not be unreasonably withheld.
Personal License. If this Software is registered in the name of an individual person, the following provisions shall apply to that individual and their Personal License:
(a) One license of the Software may be installed on a single computer or hardware– based authorization device;
(b) The Software may be installed on a network, provided that a licensed copy of the Software has been acquired for each person permitted to access the Software through the network;
(c) A single copy of the Software may be made for archival or backup purposes, provided the copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices;
(d) If you have purchased licenses for multiple copies of the Software, you may make the total number of copies of the Software stated on the packing slip(s), invoice(s), electronic confirmation(s), or Certificate(s) of Authenticity. Any copy must contain all of the original Software’s proprietary notices. The number of copies on the packing slip(s), invoice(s), electronic confirmation(s), or Certificate(s) of Authenticity is the total number of copies that may be made on each platform.
Personal License. Is applicable to individuals using Vulners services for non- commercial purposes only. This type of license is royalty-free;
Personal License. LCE expressly acknowledges and agrees that the license granted hereunder is personal to LCE alone and LCE shall have no right to sublicense, assign or otherwise transfer or share its rights under the foregoing license.
